Con 6 dormitorios y 5. 5 baños, esta espaciosa casa tiene capacidad para 14 personas cómodamente. El primer piso cuenta con una cocina gourmet, sala de estar, medio baño y una suite mater con cama king size. En el segundo piso, encontrará otro dormitorio principal con cama king size, 1 dormitorio con cama queen y baño en suite, 1 dormitorio temático Mickey con camas dobles y un baño en suite, una habitación Star Wars con una litera y una habitación Astronaut con 2 camas individuales. - Las habitaciones para adolescentes y niños tienen una decoración temática que agrega mucha más diversión para las vacaciones de los niños. Encontrarás un televisor de pantalla plana en cada habitación.

El concepto abierto permite que todos estén juntos, ya sea que esté cocinando la cena para la familia o simplemente viendo su programa favorito en una de las pantallas planas de TV.

My family and I had a quick trip to visit family in the area and we definitely picked the right place to stay! Everything was great. If I had to give any negative feedback, then it would be a suggestion to get the carpet shampooed along with the upholstery on the kitchen chairs. However, the house had more than enough space, the house was clean with everything we needed and the clubhouse was nice and accommodated if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other family and friends.

Condition of property well below standard

Our stay at this vacation rental was a nightmare. We discovered that the dishwasher was full of mold, making it completely unusable. The smell was unbearable, and it was clear that no one had bothered to clean it in a long time.We contacted the property manager for help, but a manager would never return our calls. It was incredibly frustrating, and we felt completely ignored. Not only was the dishwasher a health concern, but the lack of response from the management made the situation even worse.I would never stay here again and highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to deal with unaddressed issues and poor customer service.

Family vacation

Check in was very easy. Enough room for everyone with 6 bedrooms and seating in kitchen, counter and outside. Loved how patio opened up to kitchen. Garage had entertainment for kids. My complains are dishwasher was very dirty with food and mold. Fridge has mold in ice and water dispenser. Bathrooms were not clean. Pool heat did not work and had to call and email multiple times. When management came to address issues, they always said they would come back and never did. Finally showed up to fix issues day before we left after staying a week. Nice place but definitely needs some TLC and work on response times. They did try to correct issues, just very slow! And bad communication as no one spoke English.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great vacation rental experience. However, there were a few issues I'd like to share... With 11 people staying in the home, we needed to use every bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs shared bathroom was challenging to use because there was a large window in the middle of the shower that did not have a window treatment. That meant that anyone who used that bathroom/shower was on display. That was especially true because that bathroom window overlooks the front yard/street. Another concern was the sliding door from the kitchen to the pool area. That particular door did not lock properly and there wasn't a security bar for the slider. The home was beautifully staged, but we weren't sure if it would be a problem to move all the dishes/glassware on the tables and counter top. At first we tried to just push them out of the way, but we ended up loading everything in the dishwasher. As a result, we ran out of dishwasher pods.

Dirty toilet ants and bed bugs

We had a quick response on the dirty toilet downstairs it took a day for the exterminator to get there for the ants and we could not use one bedroom because of the bed bugs the furniture had spots all over it but we had to cover it up since we didn't have the use of one of the bedroom's, and when we call and spoke to Cindy she was very helpful but Sophia act like she didn't even care, it was our worst vacation ever

Perfect stay

The house was fantastic. Great communication from the property management team. I added pool heat at the last minute and they were great. This is a great location and safe neighborhood. Not one complaint

Fantastic experience

We had a great trip. There isn’t one complaint. The house is in a safe location. The pictures and description were accurate. I had to add a guest to the reservation and reached out about adding pool heat. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. Great experience would definitely recommend

Please be aware of this particular unit

We came into the unit with an open mind even though most of the reviews were not good. First off the main guest could not even use the master bedroom there was a least 75% of the blinds missing. The sliding door latch broken, patio furniture dry rotted/broken and kitchen chair broken. Roaches coming out of cabinets big and small. I tried to over look some of the flaws which I should have reported but since NEGATIVE things were in everyone reviews I thought well they already know and this company will not try to steal money(I was wrong) So after check out I get an email stating that they will be charging my card 400.00 for something that was already broken...PLEASE ANYONE IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE THIS WITH COMPANY COME FOWARD...MY BEST ADVICE TO ANYONE THAT RENT THIS UNIT TAKE PICS AND MAKE SURE YOU CALL THE MANAGER ABOUT EVERYTHING . I have rented several units which my family never has broken or had to experience anything like this.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They are so helpful until they recieve payment and then all you hear is I AM SORRY.. I am sorry but it is not that bad. The carpet being filthy the walls having stains all over them. The floors still had cereal from who knows before us. The bed sheets were not washed. The house had broken fixtures and holes in screens, blinds missing and the list goes on and on. No internet. The pictures are PHOTOSHOPPED their homes are nasty and dirty and you think you are getting a nice space for $500 a night.. WRONG.. the amenities are a LIE as well. The lazy river is a small circle and no where near the size they show. Never saw a soccer field, never saw the "water", no game center, no facility like in the photo of an amenity center to go and enjoy.. LIARS and at $2500 FOR THE WEEKEND we were not given what we paid for... sent a message to the owner and he sorry not sorry.

Reviewer Comments: The stay was nice, minor issues like a clogged sink a messed up door in a room upstairs, no Wifi the first two days (but it was vacation) and the random cleaning done to the pool kind of surprised us, but overall I enjoyed the stay. There’s a bad need for a paint job and touch ups in the home, and the air on 75 does not keep the upstairs cool. Management was responsive to all request and made sure to fix issues as needed. It’s a vacation home and I’m sure there a lot of people in and out of it, so be mindful. I also did not like the cleaning crew was outside the home waiting for us to leave, we felt rushed to leave at 10:30. Check out was at 11.
