Welcome to The Palm View Estate located in beautiful Formosa Gardens Estates. This newly upgraded 3900 square foot, 7 bedrooms, 6-bath villa is within 2 miles of the main gates to Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

This luxurious professionally decorated vacation home boasts a total of 4 King Master suites all with there own master bathrooms and flat screen TVs. 3 located on the ground floor and one upstairs on the 2nd floor. In addition there is a Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom on the ground floor and 2 children’s theme rooms upstairs. One kids room equipped with 2 sets twin bunk beds and the second kids room, with another 2 sets of twin Bunk bed, for combined total of 8.

The kids' rooms share a full bathroom. After a long hot day at the parks relax and enjoy the enclosed 30x15 free form heated pool and watch the kids play in the Mickey Mouse shaped children’s pool.

We now offer a movie screening room with access to online movies, a large outdoor lanai and kitchen featuring a large BBQ, sink and dishwasher and large screen TV.

For the security of the home, we have cameras placed on the outside off the property. There are located in the following areas: Motor court, Entrance to the front door, sides of the homes, entrance to the lanai and one facing the bbq equipment.

Great property for our family reunion this January. The setup of the house is great with bed/bath combos, location close to the parks and restaurants. But, the outdoor living, swimming and cooking area was the center of our activities....and it was great! Pool/spa heat worked great. The theater furniture could use some attention, but that didnt deter us from enjoying a few movies! Would definitely recommend!

Villa was in great location for Disney, Universal, supermarket, shops and eating places. Secure gated estate codes all worked well. Great pool which was not overlooked and private. Fully stocked with everything you needed for a great holiday. Kids really enjoyed the pool and cinema room, nice to have a fridge and BBQ in the outside seating area. A couple of niggles but the host and management company dealt with them instantly and kept us well informed

The house is absolutely beautiful and was very spacious for our family of 18. However, the first day we arrived (2pm) we noticed it was quite warm but chalked it up to maybe the t-stat needing to be turned down. It was 79 when we arrived. We turned it down to 71 (the lowest you are able to adjust it to as it’s controlled by the PM company), by 4pm it was 80 degrees downstairs 83 upstairs. We thought maybe it was the fact that we had the doors opened unloading and would see what happened overnight. The next morning we had left for the day for a park so the house stayed emptied and door and windows closed. When we came back around 3pm the house was still 80 degrees. We contacted the PM company who stated they would be out the following day. They called the following day and said it was a setting on the t-stat and all should be good. GREAT! HOWEVER, it was not fixed and again never got down below 83 upstairs

Family vacation

Loved the property. We were a family of 15 and it was enough room for everyone. The children loved the pool and theatre room. The adults loved the seating area around the grill area and pool. Every room was used in this home its very family friendly. It has all the amenities one would need on vacation. Yes there were strollers, playpens, high chair, and crib. The only thing I have negative to say about this home is it needs some minor upgrading. The cookware and cooking utensils need to be upgraded. They're usable but for the price and lavish of the home, new cookware is needed asap. Communication with our property manager was A. She solved some of the directv problem within 2hrs and with what she couldn't she made sure directv was at the house the next morning by 9am. Awesome!

Awesome!

The back area was our favorite! Pool, hot tub, barbque area and lounging.The only thing we didn't like was no extra toilet oaper or paper towels. You had to buy your own after using the 1 roll that was given to you.

Great DisneyWorld Vacation Location!

This was a great vacation stay! We had 3 families with 6 adults and 10 kids. It was an amazing home with more than enough room for everyone! We loved the location and the property manager who was very responsive.The outdoor space was awesome! We especially loved the covered grill area which was perfect for watching the rain and grilling up dinner on a Sunday evening.As far as stuff for babies and toddlers, they are well stocked. They have two single strollers (one was a little old and worn, but the other was great) as well as a double stroller. For sleeping they have two pack-n-plays (plus a mattress to go along with one) and a mini crib. While they have sheets they do not have any extra blankets, so make sure to bring one for your baby. They also have a high chair.The kiddie pool was perfect for the little ones and the house is equipped with alarms on all the doors leading out to the pool so we didn’t have to worry about someone sneaking out without us knowing. The only downside were that the beds were not very comfortable. The mattresses were old and had saggy areas.With that said, we would definitely stay there again!

Awesome home!

We were here with my family for a Disney vacation with my family -13 of us. The home is quite impressive with the 4 master bedrooms, bunk rooms and queen. Between the home, the theatre room and the pool/outdoor grill area, we never felt like we were crowded. Highly recommend, so close to food, hospital and Disney properties!

Family Disney Trip

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Pool area was really nice and the kids enjoyed swimming and adults the hot tub. Had a few minor things pop up that were promptly responded to. Highly recommend!

Great space for large group

We had 8 adults and 6 six kids on our vacation. The space was perfect. The outdoor space was large enough for the kids to play without being right next to the pool all of the time. The Mickey pool was just the right size and depth for the kiddos. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Family Vacation

This house was wonderful. We had 16 people staying in the house. Four children and twelve adults and we never felt like we were in top of each other. Everyone had their own space. Also, they had everything we needed for our Disney visits. The owners thought of everything. A great stay for a large party. We would stay here again in a heart beat. A great find.

We had our entire family (four families) stay at the house and had a great time! We enjoyed the outdoor living area and kitchen along with the pool and hot tub!! Lots of room for everyone and property managers were easy to contact with any concerns during stay.

Inaccurate Description

The listing doesn’t state that I could not park my RV in the driveway. When I did so the property manager told me I had to move the vehicle. For three days the property manager harassed me about moving the RV. He said the police were called and twice told me that a tow truck was on the way. This caused me a great deal of stress. After three days I left the property and stayed in a hotel. I spent four thousand dollars on a rental house I never got to enjoy.

Florida 2024

Excellent property, very spacious, excellent facilities inside and out. Great location to Parks, shops, Restaurants and bars. This was our 4th stay in Orlando and this Villa is by far the best location and has the best facillities for a large family, we would highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation Home

Property has plenty of room and sleeping accommodations. Kitchen is large and fully stocked with all your needs. The outdoor kitchen and pool were a great recreation space. The theater room was a nice bonus. This house was a great place for a family vacation.

Great amenities

Celebrated my 12 year old granddaughter’s cancer free diagnosis after 25 weeks of chemo and radiation with my whole family. It was her wish! Was a perfect home for us especially the pool and patio area. We used it a lot!!

Great Property

Everything except ant invasion in second floor bedroom was fantastic. Property Management very responsive to ant issue but, sadly, not resolved. 16 year old slept in amphitheater instead of his room.

Great family vacation spot

Our family of 13 loved this place! Lots of room to gather or spread out. The pool was perfect. There was a problem with the upstairs air conditioner but the property managers and the host responded quickly to rectify the situation. We would gladly return to this beautiful, comfortable home.

Four generations, 7 adults, 1 child

A 6 year old with parents, 2 aunts, grandparents and a great grandmother. The house was perfect for all. The outside space is extremely comfortable, with an outdoor barbecue and dishwasher making eating at home convenient. (Helpful as we found few good take out options). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. We all enjoyed hanging out at the lovely pool and hot tub. Probably my favorite time of the week. Driving to all the Disney or Universal parks was very easy. We also really enjoyed the theatre. Very easy to stream movies, or share pictures from a laptop.
