Great Disney Vacation House

Stayed here with my extended family - 13 people total, age ranges from 10-79. Plenty of space for us to all hang out, the game room was a great addition. Quick, easy walk to the community pool & clubhouse. The lazy river is a lot of fun but make sure to bring your own tube.The two bedrooms at the back of the house could hear street noise at night - it was not too much traffic - but the other bedrooms didn't hear anything. We were there over Thanksgiving weekend and the neighborhood was packed(!) but we didn't hear any noise from the other houses.Neighborhood felt very safe and it was only 20 minutes to Disney Springs and to Hollywood Studios, 8-10 min from a grocery store. Was very pleased with this rental.

Great house

House was great and clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 9. The hot tub was so relaxing every evening. The game room was a nice little extra. Beds were very comfortable. The house is very open, so inside noise travels easily. We had an issue with our wi-fi not requiring a password, therefore not being secure, so we were unable to utilize wi-fi for the entire trip. There was also confusion about which wi-fi belonged to our house. They were quick to respond and they did send a guy out, but the problem never got resolved.

Group & Family Friendly

When walking into this property, you walk into a beautiful great room with kitchen and living room space. On the first floor there is a double/queen bed plus full bath near the front of the house, followed by gameroom, laundry space and mudroom. Next to the outdoor pool, patio and BBQ space is a bedroom with a king bed, full bath and deep soaking tub. When wandering up the stairs, you land on the most magical gaming/tv/relaxing space with poker/game table and U Shaped couch with a large TV on the wall. 3 king bedrooms with full bathrooms, and 3 rooms with 3 sets of twin beds and a shared bathroom. We had 12 humans, 4 adults and 8 teen girls and this space was space enough with plenty of bathrooms! The kitchen is fairly well stocked with 2 coffee pots and a Keurig, blender, toaster, electric can opener, many different cooking utensils and dishes. The cupboards are stocked with plenty of dishes and cups for all of the meals being cooked in the home. I will say that there is NOT a guide for the home as to how to connect to the TV’s/INTERNET/NETFLIX, how and where the outdoor garbage is located, the “house rules”. You will need to prepare to bring dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and hand-soap. You do get an email, however it’s inconvenient to have to keep referring to an email for information. The wifi is lacking and there is NO or little cell coverage at this property.

Wonderful property that was perfect for our family of 7

This property was HUGE and perfect for our family. We have 5 "kids" (ages 18 - 24) and the 7 of us were very comfortable. 8 large bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool. There were also plenty of bath towels for our week's stay. It was convenient to the Disney parks (about 20 minutes drive to the parks, but easy to follow directions with only a few turns). Staying in a VRBO house is WAAAY better than a hotel - I don't know how we ever squeezed our family into a hotel with limited bedrooms and bathrooms. This house had tons of space for us to spread out and we were able to load up the kitchen with supplies (water bottles, snacks, etc.) to take with us to the parks each day and enjoy when we came home exhausted each night. The gameroom and the upstairs loft were great for family time watching TV or playing games. Although we didn't use them, there is a washer/dryer in case you need it. And daily trash pickup was a much appreciated service. My only minor complaint was that the housekeeping service from the previous guests left a little to be desired. Something was left spilled in the refrigerator crisper drawer, there were used bars of soap left in the showers, and a few clothing items were left behind in the master closet. But other than those very minor things, everything else was GREAT. Communications with the owner/property manager was very prompt and friendly - great customer service. This property is an amazing choice for large families or groups - don't hesitate to book this one! I will definitely consider staying at this property again if it is available when we visit the Disney area in the future.

Fabulous house for family reunion including Disney

We spent a week here over Christmas. It comfortably fit 16 people. The hot tub and game room were a hit with everyone.
