Alarm system and exterior surveillance for guest safety.
Reservation is not confirmed until guest signs rental agreement with all guests names added and returns photo ID of main guest.

Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to hold dates. Reservation will be cancelled if rental agreement is not signed within 48 hours of booking.

- Rental agreement must be signed upon booking - rental agreement establishes all terms and conditions for condo rental

- A Security Deposit in the amount of $200 will be collected by our system prior to your stay

Great Vacation House with Room for Everyone

Had a wonderful stay at Magical Family Retreat. House is beautiful. Loved that it is in a court. Communication with owners was excellent. Loved their on-line instruction guide. Especially the You Tube video of instructions for the hot tub. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay fabulous!

Graduation Celebration

This was our second stay at Magical Moments Villa. Although there were only eight in our group, the house could easily accommodate twice that many. Over the years we have stayed at several homes in the Orlando area but this is our favorite. The house is very clean and the owner is very responsive to calls and texts. We could not have asked for anything more. Our family had a great time as we celebrated our granddaughter’s early college graduation.

Excellent property to stay at for a large family. Although we only had 4 adults on this trip, its more then enough space for at least 15 to 18 people. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough games available to entertain kids. I would highly recommend this property for a family trip. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Beautiful Home

My family of seven stayed at this beautiful home for a Disney/ Universal, Orlando vacation. We had a great time being out and about but were so happy to come back to this property. We could relax in the pool or play billiards or watch movies on the big projector screen. It truly was magical. Thank you Megan and Matt for having everything perfectly ready for our stay. We enjoyed everything about it!

What a beautiful home! Everything was absolutely perfect—we did not want for anything, nor did we want to leave after our 11 day stay. Great Fit for Our Family

The size and layout of this house worked out great for our family vacation. We are 6 adults and 5 children (2-12). The number and location of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped, very roomy yet warm. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days at Disney and on our rest days. Would love to stay here again.

Mom's House - Cheer Competition

We absolutely loved this house, and it was perfect for nine woman to have fun at but also have plenty of space to get rest and privacy. The decor is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. The house is well stocked, and anything we needed was easy to have delivered or take a quick shopping trip to get. The outside pool/hot tub area was used regularly and was great to have because the community pool was pretty crowded on the one day we tried to go there. We will definitely consider staying again next cheer competition season.

Holy responsiveness batman

The property itself was in a good location for the universal parks. The sizes of the bedrooms were massive and could easily accommodate all of our guests. Even in the shared bathrooms there were two sinks which was wonderful to not have to share. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of standing in lines. There were two opportunities that I reached out to the property manager while I was there and both items mailed to the location within 24 hours. One was a new set of cue sticks for the pool table and the other was as small as rubber coated tongs for cooking on the non-stick skillets. I didn't expect to get the items within my stay. But those property manager has definitely raised my bar on expectations for servicing customers. Loved everything about this house!

The house was just as advertised and we had plenty of space for our work strategic planning trip. Property was clean and fully functioning. We didn't get to fully enjoy all amenities since it was a work trip but we enjoyed our stay. Management was quick to respond to all questions and everything went smoothly.

Another Magical Moment created

Wow! The place is even better than the pics. Our ladies group had more than enough room to chat it up and convene. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were high quality. We did a lot of cooking while here and all 11 ladies in our group loved the open format kitchen. There was plenty of room to cook and move around and sit and watch. (Our only complaint was the desire for sharper knives.) The dining room table was super spacious and the chairs were very comfortable. Everyone loved the pool and spa. Meg and Matt curated this house with great attention to detail. The furniture and accessories were on point. We loved, loved, loved our stay! Thanks for everything. We will be back next year!

Family birthday reunion

Absolutely the perfect size, layout and location for our group. Grandparents enjoyed the 1st floor bedrooms as the kids and adults also enjoyed their own space upstairs. Everything was as pictured and the pool / spa was great. We would totally return!

Excellent home!

Terrific home! Admittedly, it was more house than my small group—3 adults and 2 kids needed—but I wanted a house with a water view. No regrets! Excellent home. Spacious (8 bedrooms; and can easily accommodate 14-16 people). The pictures and description are accurate. The beds (at least the 4 that we used) were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. All of the bedrooms are equipped with SMART TVs (Roku) and there’s an additional two screens in the main living area and 2nd floor game room. There’s a Publix, Walmart, and several fast-casual/family friendly restaurants approx. 15-20min away. Disney parks are pretty close (20-30min away) and Universal is slightly farther away (40-45min). MCO airport is 35min away. Overall, I found these distances manageable. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Orlando. A cold weather spell occurred during my stay—so I can’t comment on the pool. The water is heated and the view from the deck is pleasant. Finally, the owner of the house was proactive: provided information in advance of visit, checked-in (via e-mail and text) to make sure that my stay was going well. Quick to respond when I had a question.

Fabulous place to stay

From the moment we contacted Megan when we were interested in the house, she was prompt, friendly and helpful, answering all the questions for our framily(friends who are family) of 12. The house lived up to the listing and was beautiful, yet comfortable. Plenty of space to gather, or find some quiet. The pool was relaxing with lots of floats for all. The back of the house and pool overlooks a pond, creating a serene setting. Will definitely stay again.

Great family vacation experience!

We had 10 people in our party. The house was spacious and accomodating. The amenities were wonderful and the pool was a hit with the kids. Close by was a Walmart, Target and Publix which we visited. Took the kids to Skyzone and Island H20. The splash park on the premises is best for smaller children.
