This relaxing 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home on Hampton Lakes is perfectly located for all of the attractions that Orlando and Central Florida has to offer.

With 2 en suite master bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms its ideal for the family getaway. The pool and spa back onto the lake behind the villa and lounging on the pool deck gives you an overwhelming sense of being on vacation.

This home boasts 2 large living areas, one with a large TV and the other with a dining table.

If lounging by the pool looking out across the water isnt your thing then the garage has been converted into a games room - where you have a pool table and table tennis for your enjoyment.

Walt Disney World is just 10 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home. Please also note that there are parking restrictions on this community. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, however please be aware that there is no overnight street parking permitted on this community and doing so could result in the vehicle being towed.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Bed bugs

On my first night found bed bugs in bedroom pool light did not work could not sit outside because all the net around pool was torn the game room was more like a dumping ground for broken lamps also a old ripped chair dead spiders on top of fridge stains on all carpet's this house has had a problem with bed bugs both of the neighbours told me that don't understand stand how you can rent it out nowing Also I have found bed bugs in my clothes that I hav brought back

The entire process was easy and the home was great and met our needs.

The only improvement that needs to be made is the television system in the main living area. I am fine with the limited choice of channels but just to turn it on was a process I never did figure out. A little updating would be great!

As advertised

The only issue we had was that the tv in the main living area was not a smart tv and only had a few channels on basic cable. The master bedroom had a smart tv but laying on the bed at our age was not comfortable for any length of time. We had to go out to buy a frying pan because the coating was peeling off on the ones supplied. Other than that it was a good experience. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa and there were plenty of towels provided.

Besoin d’amour

En gros la propreté est propre à la surface, un ménage en profondeur aurait besoin d’être fait, la maison a besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Les photos ne montre pas le laisser aller des lieu. C’est un détail mais n’y avait pas de papier de toilette ni de débarbouillettes.

Close enough to parks, far enough from traffic

Was a good location, nice neighborhood, easy to get to the theme parks. Enough room for 5 adults to gather and still have their own space when needed. comfortable LR couch for TV and gathering. Pool was great after a long day. Mattresses could use replacing and some minor repairs/replacements needed (main pool light out, pool umbrella broken, hair dryer didn't really work well, dead batteries in LR cable remote, didn't see Wii chargers). Nothing that would keep us from booking again though.

Cleanliness and details on listing

We arrived to find that the one bed listed as a queen is only a full. The cleanliness of the house was ok but nothing great. The house needed a good cleaning as there was inches of dust on light fixtures. Also if you plan to stay, plan to make a trip to the store cause you are not provided with any paper towels, toilet paper and they want you to run the dishwasher upon leaving but leave no dishwashing liquid. Honestly paying for the pool heater was pointless because they don’t tell you that if it’s below 55 degrees at night the pool heater doesn’t even work. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location

When we arrived the ac wasn’t working and it was after 11pm. We weren’t able to reach anyone because it was so late. We called the emergency number and someone was out within the hour to fix it and the property manager was ok with. Overall happy with our stay.

Not Happy

Upon arrival the house had a funky smell, walls were dirty and many spider webs on high ceilings. My biggest complaint was that we agreed to not have more than 10 people which we understood, however at one point many of my family members who reside in Florida came down to visit us. I received a knock on the door of the owner asking for me. He simply asked me how many people were inside and I rounded it up to 15. He quickly responded saying that he will give me 10 minutes to bring it to a max capacity of 10 or he will get the police involved. I simply replied with an okay no problem and he left. I went back inside and did a headcount and realized there were only 13 of us. I understand we were over the limit but his reaction and response to the situation was out of hand and very un-necessary. I did not argue or even put up a fight since i understood the terms we agreed to. But to get the police involved was very uncalled for. He never stated to me that there was any noise complaints even though it was way before the quiet time frame which was after 10pm. He knocked on my door around 8:45. I don’t know if it was because we were hispanics or if he was just having a bad day but we were just happy to be able to see our family after such a long year in a half during the pandemic. I will not be staying at this house or location ever again.

La casa estaba muy buena,

El lugar es muy bonito, todo estaba en su lugar. La única queje es el departamento de limpieza no es bueno, no hay una limpieza como debieran y mucho poco, palparte de eso todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Would stay again but could use some work

We definitely would stay here again but was kind of bothered of a few things. When arrived there was a few busted screens blowing around pool . Vacuum cleaner doesn't work when I plugged it in to clean up the last day it smelt like it would catch fire. The worst part was the baby crib wasn't checked. When I opened it up some previous renter shoved a pair of girls poop filled underware in side the closed up crib so not only gross but the bad oder that came out was horrible. Couldn't use it ended up going to Walmart to get a crib to use. Last but not least both trash cans and recycling can were over filled with trash from pervious user and left us no room to dispose of our trash. In the book on tablle tells u they charge for extra for not disposing of trash properly but we couldn't due to cans already being full.. so a little anxiety wondering if you will be charged when we couldn't being it wasn't set up for us to be able to. These things are easily fixable but over all good stay quiet neighbor hood and beautiful house. Recommend it better for a family to stay at instead of hotel.

Perfect Getaway

The house was very nice and clean. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool after long days at Universal Studios. The game room in the garage was a plus, too. The kitchen was well equipped for our family dinners. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. Thank you, and we will definitely stay at this house again!!
