We had such a good time In Linda’s House.The House was extremely clean and functional, and very cozy. And Linda was very friendly and kind.The resort is great, very secure.I really recomend!

Great place for a family

The host was great about allowing us to come early to a great place for a family with kids. Great pool, kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook. Since we arrived early, we met the owners and they were very nice and hospitable. The house was clean, and has plenty of room for a large family to stay. Would definitely stay there again for our next Florida family vacation.

Our experience in davenport

Linda was very responsive and helpful from the time I inquired about the property before booking all the way until after check out. She checked in on us and made sure things were good during entire stay. Property was clean and as advertised. The game room definitely was a hit for the 13 year old and kept him occupied while we stayed in the house. The pool was perfect size and clean. We had everything we needed for cooking/meal prepping. Location of property was great as well. Definitely recommend this property. Would stay again if we visit Florida again.

Was a wonderful stay!!!

Very nice property. Kitchen stocked with very nice dishware, utensils, and anything you could need or want. The pool and hot tub were very nice... Granddaughter loved it. Adults loved the hot tub. Lots of room. Excellent communication with the owner...she responded very quickly and was proactive in checking to see that things were going well. Very easy to get to the theme parks. Only two areas that need attention are the toilets and the master bed. Toilets could use updating as they clogged very easily. I had to use the plunger every day...not sure if that's the plumbing or a toilet issue. The master bed mattress was very worn... Could use a new mattress. Maybe we are just used to a harder mattress, but it's very soft and you sink down. We are old and need it a little firmer. Neither of these took away from a great 10 day stay, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation! Linda was an amazing host. She was very friendly and responded very fast to our messages. The house was just like the pictures. Everything was clean. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially the kids. The location of the house was very convenient to everything we had planned on doing, Disney World and Gatorland. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

Everything & More

Linda was the perfect host for my family and I. Before our check in date she emailed me everything I needed to know about my stay from all the codes I needed ( front door , WiFi ect…) and even made sure down to the turn to make sure we found the house accurately. She was very easy to get in touch with in regards to any of my concerns. Only one hiccup ( to NO fault of her own) they were doing a internet update which was only supposed to be over night turned into a day & a half which left us w/ out full usage of our devices. With a 9 yr old the world might as well be on fire , Linda was so apologetic and even for our 1st world inconvenience she let us check out later than the standard 10am. Which was most helpful with a 6 person mad dash scramble to check out. This home had everything we needed for a perfect vacation, pool , hot tub , pool table, air hockey , huge living ( for game / movie nights). Having access to a full kitchen was most helpful equipped with multiple pot& pans even storage containers to keep our food fresh. Comprehensive appliances are always the best .. I’ve never been so happy to use a washer and dryer in my life. Definitely made life easy with the amount of pool towels we used. This home is perfectly located by grocery stores and eaterys. All in all this was really one of the best houses I’ve stayed at and we’ve done a few in this area. I would highly recommend this home.

Another amazing vacation!

This was our second time staying at Linda & Ron's beautiful vacation home and once again it did not disappoint. Linda is amazing to deal with and responds promptly to any questions. The house is in an ideal location to spend your days at the parks, shopping, and close to restaurants. Or you can spend the day poolside enjoying the sun. We had zero issues and will definitely choose to stay here again if it's available. Thank you again, Linda & Ron!

Perfect house for our Family

We stayed 3 weeks in Feb. Eight of those days there were 6 adults and 4 children. We never felt crowded. Lots towels, dishes sitting areas and recreation area. The kids and adults loved the pool which we opted to have heated the entire time. Only one rain day where everyone enjoyed the many things to do in the garage. Also big beautiful heated pool in the gated community clubhouse. Very beautiful, clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. The house and amenities are exactly as advertised. Linda was always available to answer questions very quickly even though she herself was away on vaca. I immediately felt confident about renting this house just based on all my conversations with Linda before arrival. The house is very modern and very comfortable. Thank you Linda and Ron for sharing this gem with us. We truly loved our stay.

Christmas holiday

Linda was nothing short but amazing to deal with. She even went out of her way to leave a gift from “ mrs. Clause” as we stayed over Christmas and my 5 year old was a bit concerned that Santa may not find us. The house has everything you could need supplied, she also got some toddler dishes and cutlery for us, again nothing but thinking about what would make our stay perfect. It was decorated out side and in to feel like Christmas. Pool was warm and clean. The club house was just a short walk to play mini golf, play at the park, another pool and volley ball pit. The few times I needed to ask questions Linda answered quickly. We did not need high chairs or playpens but had a few to choose from if needed. The games room was great on the cooler nights. We really loved that all the rooms had TV. Very spacious house. I would recommend staying here to anyone. 5 stars from me!

The Enchanting Escape lived up to its name

The Enchanting Escape was exactly what our family needed for our Disney Vacation. The location was perfect for us as we were easily able to drive to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney Springs- all of our favorite parks! Located just minutes from Publix (grocery store), we were able to get any food or supplies needed for meals when we wanted to eat in. Speaking of meals, the kitchen of Enchanting Escape was fully stocked with everything we needed to prep and cook meals on non-park days, including a Keurig Machine and small drip coffee maker for that much needed cup of coffee before heading out to the parks. My kids and I loved spending time in the pool and hot tub! We also had a blast playing pool and air hockey in the garage. The Enchanting Escape allowed us to make the most of our park days and on our relaxing days, we didn't have to go anywhere as it had everything we needed. We forgot to ask for the pool to be heated ahead of time and the hosts were so responsive to our last minute request! They even texted us mid-week to check in and see if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again for future vacations!

Family getaway

The home was beautiful and spacious for our 2 families that stayed there. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids! We had a small issue with the pool heat- within 15 minutes the owners had called us and things were resolved. The owners checked in through out our stay to ensure everything was as we hoped and made sure we had no concerns! I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family, would most definitely stay again!

A great place for multi-generation family vacations

Our family booked the Enchanting Escape for a trip to visit with our family living nearby, including our very young granddaughter. The property owner, Linda, was amazing through the booking, pre-visit planning, our stay, and after we had departed. She responded very quickly to questions, provided a very helpful guide, and made sure that our stay was flawless. The great room had plenty of seating for our whole party. The dining room table sat 6, while the breakfast area sat 4. There were 2 more raised seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen was extremely well provisioned with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cups, mugs, and even a Crock-Pot! The appliances were new and in great condition. We were easily able to prepare most of our meals. The larger first floor bedroom was spacious and very well decorated. The on-suite bath also large, with both shower and tub. The smaller first floor bedroom was a great napping room for our granddaughter. The upstairs bedrooms were lovely and nicely furnished. The laundry had new, full-sized appliances and was very conveniently located on the lower floor, near the stairs. The pool and spa under the lanai were protected by both solar covers and a fence to ensure that everyone was safe. As the evening temperatures were dipping into the 50s, we opted to pre-pay for heating of the pool and spa. It really made a difference, allowing us to spend quiet evenings relaxing together. The Enchanting Escape was well equipped for us to care for our granddaughter, with a portable crib, high chair, and several strollers. Our family picked the Enchanting Escape based upon the incredible number of 5-star reviews posted by previous guests. They did not mislead us!

This property was a great vacation home, between all of the amenities and a great host it was very comfortable. The house was well taken care of and clean. Linda was incredible to work with and we would absolutely stay here again. She is the type of owner everyone who has a property on VRBO should strive to be. She is very focused on making sure her guests have a great time and have everything they need. We stayed for a month and could not have asked for a better experience. Any minor issue we did have Linda tackled immediately. The house is beautiful with many new upgrades to make the property just that much nicer. Lovely stay

I would like to thank Linda for providing us with a lovely stay for our family Christmas vacation. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays.
