Our home is your total escape from the outside world! Nestled in an exclusive community, experience tranquility as you enter the gated subdivision, "The Shire at West Haven", surrounded by conservation and beauty of nature.

***ATTENTION: POOL & SPA WILL NOT BE HEATED FROM DECEMBER 2024 TO MARCH 2025***

*15-20 mins drive to Disney World & Sunset Walk (sunsetwalk.com) H2O Waterpark, Studio Movie Grill, Game Time & more!
*Close to all shopping and restaurants
*Not a Hot tub / Spa Only
*No BBQ Grill Allowed

ATTENTION: ONLY 2 cars can park in the driveway. Please don't park your car in the street, grass, or sidewalk because you will get towed.

Note: Pool and Spa share one system, therefore, both has to be heated for an extra charge of $40 per day. Spa only is $25 per day. Pool and spa heat is on for 8 hours in a day. Please know that during colder months, heat may not reach target temperature of 84 degrees. Pool & spa heat is non-refundable and must be reserved for the entire duration of your stay.

Orlando golf trip

The property was as advertised. Great location, nice and quiet gated community. Short drive from multiple golf courses and restaurants. Would go back without zero hesitation.

Awful Traffic, Many Rules

The location in near Champions' Gate is fine, but for the never-ending, obscene levels of traffic. It took 30 minutes plus to cover the mile or so to any of the local shops and restaurants, and trying to get into the attractions was a 45-90 minute nightmare. In addition, the property owner was far less accommodating than other VRBOs, demanding that we supply all toilet paper, providing no bath products to speak of, and presenting long lists of instructions with associated fines for non-compliance. Using pool heat was a $60/day proposition which had to be ordered a day in advance. We felt nickel-and-dimed throughout the stay

Honeymoon stay

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon! We loved the house and enjoyed the pool and the garage (loved playing the arcade games and using the pool table). We happened to be here during a hurricane and the host was very responsive as we both had never experienced one, and wasn't sure what to do. We loved the living room since we pretty much had to stay inside for a couple of days until it passed. The house is about 15-20 minutes to restaurants and it took us about an hour to get to universal in the morning with traffic (not using tolls) and 30 minutes coming home. The house does have alot of things that need attention though. The sliding door to get out to the pool does not open and close properly. We messaged the host, who told us to go out of the side door in another bedroom. The ice machine in the freezer stopped working halfway throughout our trip. The showers all need to have a deep clean. My towel brushed up against the shower door in the master bedroom, and a bunch of black stuff went onto my towel. The same black substance was in the washing machine. The shower heads need to be soaked to remove all of the calcium buildup. Overall, it is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood!

Beautiful home

I loved this house. The pool and game room were the reason we chose this house for our boys. I had a few questions and the host was very quick to respond amd very sweet. One of the best places we've stayed.

Beautiful home

We had such a nice experience at this property. It was in close proximity to grocery stores and the theme parks. Property was clean and had everything you would want while on vacation. We had a problem with the master bathroom toilet running contacted the owner and she had someone come out first thing in the morning to fix it. I highly recommend staying at this property we will be back again. Thank you.

House is great, but needs some updates.

The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The owners were easy to contact and super nice to work with. All in all our family enjoyed the week. There a few small mi or things around the house that need fixed like the ice maker, couch recliners, and back sliding door.
