Two-Bedroom Apartment with two-bathrooms , Close to Universal Studios, International Dr., Disney, Fun Spot, Sea World, Shops, with parking, Gym and Hot tubs.

The location is amazing, has 2 bedrooms , each bedroom has a private bathroom.
One bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, the livingroom has a sofa bed. each bedroom has a TV and also there is a TV at the livingroom
Kitchen is fully equiped , you can feel at home , with a refrigerator , dishwasher , cooktop , microwave , toaster , coffe machine.

The rersort has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool , Jacuzzi , Tennis court , Restaurant , game room .
It is within walking distance of International Dr. ( 1 block), Universal Studios ( 1.7 miles), many restaurants close by meaning if you are looking for the best spot in town this is where you have to stay.

The room was not locked at all when we arrived. Door was open and anyone could have access to it before we arrived. No one was around when we arrived to check in other than a security officer and he was great. No towels or wash rags. Went and purchased some to leave. Toaster oven had no pans in it or around to use it. Served it purpose to sleep and shower in. Bed was extremely hard.

Needs professional painter 🎨

Very basic cooking utensils, no can opener. Hair dryer was broke, but replaced after 2 days. The whole flat needs a repaint and all fittings replaced.

The pictures on the website do not accurately represent the property, the rooms are very dirty with caked on debris around baseboards, overall cleanliness is very poor.

Comfort and convenience in a condo

We stayed two nights and slept well! Beds were clean and supportive with soft pillows and sheets. Bathroom was clean and had great soap, shampoo, conditioner, and clean towels. The condo is on an upper floor, so you have a great view. This room is close to a fairground that is open after dark- so you can hear people screaming from a distance on the ride. However, I am a light sleeper and I still slept soundly, and before going to sleep, it provided great entertainment to watch. The WiFi is spotty and the couch isn’t one to spend a lot of time on. We did not take advantage of the additional amenities since we just needed a place to sleep, but we had a great, restful stay!

Perfect for seeing Universal

This 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Really close to Universal $10 Uber. Nice little shop on the premises. The unit was clean and neat.

Bright & comfortable apt

Gabriel’s apartment was just as shown. It’s a lovely two bedroom apartment with very comfortable beds and decent size bathrooms off each. The kitchen area was small, but more than adequate with most of the basics that you would need to cook a light meal. Some extra cooking utensils, prep bowls, storage containers, a small cooler, and some basic sundry items (ie: Salt and pepper, sugar, twin, tea, instant coffee and sandwich type bags, to name a few) would definitely be an added benefit for anyone staying at the apartment! Also a cleaning cloth and a mop would be nice in case of a spill. The apartment looked like it had been freshly painted throughout. It was quite clean and bright. It had a small deck you could sit out on which offered lots of shade as it was in the back of the building. The apt was very quiet and very easy to enter and leave once you checked in. The pool was beautiful, it was large and there were lots of lounging chairs! Having a little leeway in getting in a little earlier would’ve gone a long way in making our arrival much easier!! We were told that we could leave our bags at the main building with reception, and the gentleman there was good enough to take it and put it behind the desk, but he made it clear that they were not supposed to do it?? And although check in may be 3 or 4 PM, at any rental place we have ever stayed, in all of the travelling we have done, if you arrive to your destination a cpl hrs early and the place is ready, there’s never been an issue with us getting in a little earlier! But we were not given access to the very last minute basically:( even though I’d messaged Gabriel several times to ask if we could get in. He said he’d send it shortly, and two hours later I still didn’t have it and had to send a cpl other msg’s again to ask for a code :( I had some refrigerated items that we’d taken from our last rental in Tampa that we would have liked to have gotten in the fridge at least! So I think you need to loosen up on the access time when the room is ready, as it was in this instance from what the desk clerk said, Overall we had a very comfortable stay, & a really comfy sleep, at Gabriel’s apartment.

The property was clean and very nice. Our condo was clean. Unfortunately the garbage disposal didn’t work and in one bathroom had urine on the floor by the toilet. I also thought it was kinda of tacky that there was cheap paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen was completely supplied with everything which is a big plus. The biggest problem for us was that the a/c could only be turned down to 70 degrees. With the humidity outside that was the worse!

Clean and very convenient to parks

We had a great stay! They only issue was construction above us during the day. It would also be helpful to have a more fully stocked kitchen /updated appliances. Overall I enjoyed the apartment and would def stay again.
