Located on the third floor, our bright and inviting condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Designed to be your `home away from home,` it’s an ideal retreat for making unforgettable memories with family and friends.

🛌 Master Bedroom:

Unwind in the luxurious master bedroom, featuring a plush king bed and a private full-size bathroom. Enjoy your favorite shows on the in-room TV and relax in style after a day of fun in the sun.

🛏️ Second Bedroom:

The second bedroom, with a cozy queen bed, is located just across the hall from the master suite. It’s perfect for additional guests or family members and includes its own TV for added relaxation.

Vista Cay Resort is a gated community. 72 hours prior to arrival, we will send you a `Welcome Packet` with the gate code to access the resort as well as your personalized code to access your unit.

* Note that this home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or anyone to greet you.

As this is a self-catering home, you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished.

* 1 travel size shampoo per bathroom
* 2 garbage bags per bin

The apartment is in the most fantastic location, 5 mins drive to lots of restaurants. 10 mins to SeaWorld and Universal, and 15/20 to Disney. The balcony looks out onto SeaWorld so you can watch the drone show. Apartment was clean and comfortable, host was very quick at communicating.

My wife and I had a great relaxing 3 week vacation at this condo. Clean condo with nice furnishings Great location being close to Publix grocery store and all the Theme Parks are nearby if you choose to visit them. Nice walking paths and pool area to enjoy. Would like to come back in the future.

Exceptional Experience

We would highly recommend this rental. My husband and I, plus our 11yr old daughter stayed here. It was larger than we needed but loved it! Very close to the pool, maybe a 2-3 min walk. Nice paths around the property to walk. Grocery store very close, you could walk if you are only picking up a few things. The condo itself was in great shape and very clean. The host was very responsive and did they best to get us in early even though we requested early check in late. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location

Great location if you are there to visit Disney, Universal Studios and other parks. Nice an quiet gated community. Grocery store is near by. Apartment has everything we needed and communication with the owner was very easy and helpful. Highly recommended!

Top floor and very quiet. We stayed here to go to Universal and loved that it was in walking distance of restaurants, Publix and the pool. There is a larger pool we drove to as well. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great stay close to Universal parks

The condo was clean, well laid out and very convenient to the Universal Parks. We especially liked having an elevator for the fourth floor unit. There were a few questions at check in and the manager answered our call right away and got us taken care of quickly. All in all a great stay.

The condo was very clean. The manager was very prompt in her responses. The condo was very nice but the kitchen was lacking in necessities such as potholders, towels, and tongs. The toaster only worked on one side. I would not recommend this condo for more than six people. The large pool was a half mile walk. We did not mind walking a half mile to the fitness center, bar pool, or arcade room. The small pool was in close proximity. The owner could put a small amount of money to make the condo more convenient. The shower head in the master bathroom sucks. The seating in the dining and living room is six people maximum.

This is a great property. We stayed for 5 nights and wished we stayed longer. Rosely is very responsive. Condo is very clean with adquate supplies and furnishing. It is 15 min away from Universal Studios. A Publix and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Will rent again.

Conference escape

Vista Cay is my go to escape from the conference chaos at Rosen Shingle Creek. I attend several conventions there and it is a nice place but I love coming right across the street (walked a few times) to a quiet calm and well appointed unit. Family members came in for a couple of days and the unit is so spacious that we all had enough room yet could gather for meals. Sunset is incredible and not one but two of the parks fireworks are visible!

Nice location to convention center and amusement attractions.

The unit was very nice, plenty of room with in each room. The pools were enjoyable on premise. The only drawback was the host provides limited amenities. One washcloth per bathroom, no salt n pepper or spices in kitchen, one small roll of paper towels, all minor nickel and dime items but luckily the Publix supermarket is within walking distance.
