  • Welcome to this gorgeous single level home located in close proximity to many attraction and theme parks: Walt Disney world, Universal studios, Lego land Florida, Kennedy space center, Island H2O. Driving distance to coco beach. House is located in Champions gate community. It is a fantastic guarded and gated community with many amenities to suit everyone in the family.

    The residence offers plenty of natural light and open floor plan. House sleeps 10 people comfortably. Master bedroom is large and spacious with its own private full bathroom. Bedroom#2 is spacious with its own private bathroom. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 are furnished with a full bed size and a twin size bed in each room. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

    The house features a covered heated pool and spa along with plenty of outdoor patio space for relaxing and enjoying the Sun and warm FL weather.
    The house has washer and dryer for convenience. Full kitchen equipped with latest appliances. Tv. Wi-Fi. Pets allowed. Bathtub. Cleaning products. Shampoo. Conditioner. Body soap. Hangers. Essentials (towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper) central air conditioning. Smoke alarm. Fire extinguisher. First aid kit. Hot water kettle. Coffee maker. Toaster. Blender. BBQ grill. Parking space.

We provide the BBQ grill free of charge, but our guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank.
Pool heat is not included in the rental fee, we charge $40 per day minimum of 4 consecutive days.

6 of us stayed in this beautiful property! We didn’t even go to the resort pool because the pool area at the house was so nice! Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean! Loved everything about our stay!

Vacation stay

Great spacious home! Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Only con we had was the dryer didn’t dry efficiently. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Overall great property

Check in process was easy, the property itself was clean, had basics of what we needed to help us through the first night because we arrived late due to our flight (shampoo/soap/toilet paper) Publix nearby, pool/hot tub was great and we were close to the clubhouse (2 min drive).

Quick trip to Orlando

We looked for a quick trip location with a private pool and one that allowed our pup to tag along. This home was clean, welcoming and perfect for our crew of four with room to spare. Subdivision and amenities were nice but we really enjoyed being together in the evenings at the private pool and lounge space in the back yard. Cooked one meal there and found everything I needed. Easy to walk the dog.

The place and location were excellent. The pool was heated and very refreshing after a long day at the park. I've stayed at many VRBO's and this was one of the best. The club house was an added bonus. 5 stars plus.

This house was lovely, clean, comfortable and perfectly appointed. The pool was warm and walking distance to the clubhouse. Paula (the owner) was very responsive and helpful with questions...We would definitely come again

Relaxing Vacation 2023

Overall the house was a good size for our family. The only thing we wished was there were a few more or one more lounge recliner chair to lay out by the pool. The heated pool was everyone’s favorite and for that they’d want to come back next time! It was very relaxing time!

Great Place at a Great Location

A terrific home at Champions Gate, provided our family with everything we needed. It was clean, well maintained and when we did have a maintenance issue (the battery in the smoke alarm needed to be changed), they were right there to fix it promptly. Would HIGHLY recommend this as a nice, safe, clean family-friendly place to stay.

Hard to leave!

We have rented in this area several times before, and this home was our favorite so far. It was spacious, nicely decorated and the furnishings were sturdy and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and our grandsons had a blast! The pool area was also nicely furnished and great for entertaining. The resort itself was convenient to shopping and attractions. The club house and water parks looked like fun, although we didn't spend much time there. Easiest check-in ever! A nice break from winter in Canada -- we would definitely rent again if in the area.

Wonderful

Clean and spacious home. Thoughtful hostess. A lot of things we didnt expect to find there like paper towel, tin foil, soaps and shampoos in all the 3 bathrooms. Great experience.

Thanksgiving family time

Perfect location and spacious home. We made a traditional Thanksgiving meal in the open kitchen. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The corner lot allowed the sun to brighten our days; the hot tub and pool were great for post golf relaxation. While we are a small family now and didn’t use the two creatively decorated children’s rooms, they would bring smiles to princess and minion fans! Thanks Ana for your prompt responses!

Excellent villa rental

This villa rental was great! Fully equiped. We enjoyed the pool, kitchen and spacious dining room. It was fun hanging out on the patio. The only issue was garbage storage outside was limited and pickup was infrequent.

Let’s just say that when I plan a trip my number one thing that I look for is cleanliness. When I was looking to book this trip I found many places that looked just as nice ( some even bigger and a little cheaper). But after days of reading reviews we narrowed it down to this property and I’m so glad we did. From the moment I stepped through the door I knew this was a clean house. The house had everything you could possibly need. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great place

The place was perfect for us!! Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all attached to them!! Needed one more beach towel and they brought it over right away. Very nice owner and management company. There are pool floats that were left by other guests. We left a few as well. We would definitely stay again. The community pool area was very nice, an fyi…the kids have to be 16 to go without an adult and you need a confirmation of your stay there to show proof. Easy access to airport and Disney.

My stay

The only thing I didn't like was the shower floors were a little on the slippery side. Needs to have strips on the floor. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

Nice home in Champions Gate

We loved this property! The neighborhood was quiet while we were there. The house is very clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting the TVs to work, but the host responded to our call for help immediately! One thing I would suggest to the owners is putting a handrail near the steps of the pool and the hot tub for us old folks whose knees don’t work so well anymore! But the pool was spotless and perfect temperature! Would definitely recommend!

Spring Break in Florida

We visited for a spring break softball tourney and loved having room for several families and being able to cook breakfast and dinner there. Easy walk to the Oasis club where we did a team dinner. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings ! Unfortunately the pool heater wasn’t working when we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the homeowner refunded us some money for this so that was much appreciated! Lots of flexibility on check in and check out - thank you for allowing us to arrive early and stay a little later ! We enjoyed our time and would book again the next time we come to Orlando !

Comfortable house near Omni Sport Fields

Spacious and clean house. Perfect location while attending Lacrosse tournament at Omni Sport Field.Had some loud and rowdy neighbors the first two nights - well past midnight - even though a strrict noise ordinance.Property advertises hot tub but we did not have access to heat - just the jets. Reached out to inquire if we could get heat for hot tub - but no response or acknowledgement of question. Would have been nice to enjoy after a day full of games. Disappointing.
