The space
Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights).

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with 8 arcades, foosball table and a TV. The game room also includes a futon couch for an additional guest. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TV. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable reclining sofa and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their Office:

1-12 Guests= $35
13+ Guests= $45

Other things to note
• Two designated parking spaces in front of the house. Additional free parking on the side street. There is a limit of 5 vehicles per house including guests and visitors.

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• You’ll find a starter pack with: Laundry Soap (3 loads), Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Coffee, Toilet Paper (1 for each bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (3), Shampoo and Shower Gel (1 for each bathroom).

• We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm the pool, with a maximum temperature of 90º. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so the pool is heated for you upon arrival.

• We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
