This tastefully furnished accommodation offers spacious living area as well as three master ensuite bedrooms, two with doors leading onto the pool deck. There are also two sets of twin bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to dine in.

There is a carpeted games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball, should you have any energy left after a day at the parks!

Beautiful pool deck, no rear neighbours. Enjoy soaking up the sun with plenty of loungers and seating around the pool and spa.

There is a clubhouse on site as well as children's play area, tennis and volleyball courts.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $35.00 / per day - must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.

BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $85.00 / per stay - must request for this in advance.
