Welcome to our CASITA JOY, 1920's historic charm in a family friendly DT orlando neighborhood, our cozy home is located just a few minutes away from all the fun that our city has to offer whether you are here to enjoy great eateries, bars, a concert, sport events or go to the theme parks this is the perfect getaway location. Make timeless memories with your family and friends in our Casita.
Close proximity walking to Dr. Phillips Performing Arts, Lake Eola park, home is located at exit SR 408.
The space
Our duplex unit B offers a private upstairs entrance, free WiFi, and parking for up to four cars. With two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full bed), it accommodates up to four guests comfortably. The recently renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower, and there are two TVs—one in the queen bedroom and another in the living room.

Dining options include a high countertop table for three and a small table for two. The small kitchen is well-equipped with essentials, including a microwave, oven, vintage refrigerator, coffee machine, and more. Guests can enjoy free bikes to explore the neighborhood, and Eola Park is just a five-minute bike ride away. We also offer yoga mats for guests to use in nearby parks.
Guest access
1. **Keypad Access**
You will access the unit using a keypad lock. We’ll provide all the information a couple of hours after your booking is confirmed.

2. **Early Check-In**
If you need early check-in, just let us know! If the unit is clean and ready, you’re welcome to check in at no extra cost.

3. **Late Check-In**
Please inform us in advance if you need a late check-in. We want to ensure a smooth arrival for you!

4. **Check-Out Time**
Check-out is at 11 AM. Unfortunately, late check-out is not permitted as we need several hours to clean the unit thoroughly for the next guests.

5. **Assistance**
If you encounter any situations beyond your control, please reach out. We’re here to help and will do our best to assist you!

Right side of the house with the brick floor is yours to use, up to 4 cars can fit.
Other things to note
1. **Child Policy**
We love kids, but please note that this unit may not suitable for toddlers or infants. The minimum age for guests is 8 years and older, the only reason is that we have guests in the unit downstairs and we want to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

2. **Noise Awareness**
Our duplex is located in front of a highway. Please be aware of potential noise.
If you are a light sleeper we provide free disposable noise-canceling for better night's sleep.

3. **No Smoking**
Please no smoking inside the house. Feel free to smoke outdoor.

4. **Kitchen Use**
Feel free to use everything in the kitchen! We only ask to Please wash your dishes and clean up after cooking. (For a healthy and clean environment)

5. **Respect the Space**
Please do not rearrange furniture or take items from the property.

6. **Guests**
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you’d like to have visitors, please let us know.
