  • Windsor Palms is a five-star resort. Our condominium is one of the finest in the Disney area. No stairs! Easy for stroller access, equipment for babies.

    The moment you walk in you will notice the 10-foot ceilings, arched doorways, and white tile floors that give it an airy and spacious feel. Keep up with your office with our Wifi.

    This is a luxurious, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium with all the amenities to make you feel at home. Our kitchen is fully appointed. Enjoy air conditioning and the washer and dryer. The huge master suite has an on-suite bathroom and a large walk in closet. We have a Disney themed bedroom for the children with a double-size bed and a single bunk above. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own TV with an additional one in the living room.

    You will love relaxing on the screen porch. This is a ground floor condominium--a big plus when you are bringing in your luggage from the car, not to mention the countless trips you will be making in and out of the condominium during your stay. The units on the second and third floors at Windsor Palms are accessible by stairs only.

    Imagine shuttling back to your condominium after spending the day at Disney World (only three miles away) and taking a dip in the Olympic-size swimming pool while the kids play ping pong or billiards in the breathtakingly beautiful Windsor Palms clubhouse.

    Enjoy a game of sand volleyball or tennis and then take in a movie in the on-site, 58-seat cinema. It is beautiful, quiet, and, best of all, RELAXING! Once you have stayed in Windsor Palms, you will never want to stay in a mere Orlando hotel but will want to come back again and again as many of our guests do.

    We offer easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Interstate-4, which will take you to downtown Orlando or the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Disney World is only three miles away and Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Orange County Convention Center are a short, 15-minute drive. We think you will really enjoy your stay!

Perfect park vacation stay

This property was a perfect fit for three long days of park hopping! The beds were very comfortable. The pool and clubhouse were very fun! We would stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. Had to make contact with the owners for a few things and they were very responsive which makes all the difference. I like that the location was away from the craziness of Disney but close enough to enjoy.

Amazing Stay

I loved the property overall. It was in an amazing location and it was near everything without being directly in Orlando. The owners were quick to respond if I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

We had an excellent stay. The condo was immaculate and the space was perfect. My communication with the owners with details and concerns were immediately answered and our check in & our was perfect. Recommend this property for any family the rooms were spacious and very accessible to the Disney parks.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We did have problems with the AC the first day but only because hurricane had just went through the area and power was lost. It was fixed very promptly and communication was excellent. Very close to Disney parks and lots of stores and restaurants.

Advantages:-Communication with owners was prompt and seamless. -Nice quiet area-Secure gated community-Well stocked kitchen with plenty of appliances and dishes, utensils, and silverware-Strong WIFI signal and reception-Comfortable beds-Plenty of power outlets -Ground floor-Very clean-Lots of outlet shopping and restaurants within a three mile radius. —We did not need it, but some extras that were available: box fan, high chair, play pen, and plenty of towelsDisadvantages:-Seriously lacking water pressure at shower heads-If your stay is for a Universal Studios visit , plan on at least an hour for traffic, that’s for one way. If your visit is Disney centric then traffic isn’t bad. -Parking is first come, first serve. It fills up quick. -Toilet flushing is sporadic and doesn’t flush properly every time -Neutral:-Door lock is finicky, once figured out it was OK.

Nice Vacation

Overall this condo was nice. It was clean, comfy, and cool on the hot days. The only complaint we really had was the fitness room was not open until 8:00 am. We were usually leaving to go about our day by 8:30 am, so that didn't work. My husband and son had to buy a membership to a gym for the week that was 30 minutes away.

For the money, this place was great Positives: great pool (open til 10pm), bar, and on site store (we had to buy a roll of toilet paper, the rental only has the rolls that are on the toilet roll in each bathroom), spacious for our family of 5, great layout of the condo, plenty of parking, easy access to Disney, and comfy mattresses. Negatives: carpet needs replaced in the condo, and plumbing (toilets) were very sensitive to even just a small amount of toilet paper. All in all, I’ll say it again, you can’t beat the price!

Condo was very nice! Enjoyed the convenience of the location, along with the feeling of being in a secure development with gated access. Was a perfect spot for our family to attend a convention at the nearby Gaylord Palms Convention Center (maybe a 10 minute drive). Only hiccup was the lock wouldn’t work when leaving our 2nd morning there. We couldn’t figure out the lockbox for the backup key, so my wife and other kids stayed behind for the 2nd day of convention. Called the property manager who stopped by very quickly and although wasn’t able to fix the deadbolt immediately did show my wife how to access the key box correctly. He was very helpful!Would certainly not hesitate staying here again. Perfect for our family of 5. Everyone got their own bed, which was wonderful! Thanks!The Mudd’s

Amazing Stay

This was my family's first time renting a property outside of our timeshare. However, when RCI didn't have anything available for our last minute getaway, we thought that we would try a rental property. We were apprehensive at first but once we checked into the condo, we realized that it was a great choice. Ray and Sissy were responsive to our original inquiry about their property and the stay was amazing. While off of the beaten trail, it was not too far from the action. I would certainly recommend friends and family to stay at this property and use the HomeAway site to book your next vacation rental. Had these properties been an option when we purchased our time share, we may have rethought the purchase.
