Initial peruse of photos, perfect 5 star reviews, and great value caused us suspicion Eva and Ralph were Russian VRBO hackers, despite Norwegian origin names. Upon arrival we realized photos were not accurate, as house is much nicer, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.As 70s couple, we used just one king bed which was very comfortable. The hot tub got to 103, and pool was 87 with heat. As with any house, especially a month stay, there were quite minor issues that arise, but addressed within 24 hours, usually far less. In 31 days walking our dogs many miles, we saw only one cigarette butt on the entire resort grounds.. Poopy bags for pets are provided free at the common areas. Someone will yet mess up their 5 star average. They have been lucky. Well over ten per cent in USA have serious mental illness, and far greater percent of the younger generations are just, well, entitled. If it occurs, ignore. The other reviews are spot on. Guests should fully support hosts that offer outstanding value like this, especially pet friendly. I could never host because I am intolerant. People..don't screw this up.
