Be ready to clean

Property was not adequately cleaned upon our arrival. Food wrappers were found in furniture, in beds and in pool. Clumps of hair were left in shower drains and urine stains were left on toilets. We had to purchase cleaning products ourselves and clean the property including mopping tile floors and vacuuming rugs.

It was just okay

The home was roomy and fit all our bedroom and bathroom needs. It was 20 minutes from Epcot which was amazing. The only down fall was the house was not clean. Sheets appeared not to be changed, kitchen counter was not cleaned at all very sticky, the air filters need cleaned (so much dust on the grates), and the floors were filthy. I was pretty embarrassed because I brought my staff there for a conference. I did text the owner and of course they denied the cleanliness instead of offering a solution. It is what it is, but the house needs a scrub down. I guess everyone has a different version of being clean. Overall a good stay, but owner needs to pay attention to details.

Thanksgiving getaway

The house was very nice and the neighborhood. It was worms in the pool and in one of the bedroom.

The house had 2 refrigerators 1 had things in it and smell very bad and could not go to the club house nor the waterpark...it was in the right location minutes froms from Publix and Wal-Mart

Overall the house was decent and served our needs.

Overall the house was decent and served our needs, but the service from Evolve was much less than expected. The listing describing the house was accurate, big house, nice pool and jacuzzi, 8 bedrooms, 8 baths, lots of amenities ... all good. The not so good ... There were two refrigerators in the kitchen, one for guests like me. The guest one had food left in it and the smell when the door was opened was awful. The customer service from evolve, was less than good. The checkin email said to contact Kate for the codes, but gave no contact info for Kate. No code was emailed to me. I txt'd the primary contact for the code 2 days before checkin and didn't hear back. The day before checkin when I was panicked about the code, I called Evolve directly and they weren't very helpful. When I called they said to call one of the owners to get the code. Why couldn't/wouldn't they call and give me the code? This time I called the primary contact and he did give me the code ... panic subsided. We also paid for a heated pool. When we got there it wasn't on. I called the primary contact and he the controls were on the side of the house and I could go do it. Well, I did eventually figure it out among the maze of pipes, valves and pumps, but it was anything but obvious.

House was spacious, conveniently located but dirty

House was perfect size for a group of 7 but was not clean upon arrival. I had to clean the kitchen appliances, sliding glass doors, tubs and all dinner dishes. I had been told hand and bath soaps would be provided. Showers had leftover slivers of used soap which resulted in me having to buy soap for every bathroom. House also smelled strongly of past meals. Had to diffuse and spray the entire house to eliminate the odors. Overall, we appreciated the size and layout of the house but did not appreciate the amount of cleaning we had to do to make it livable.
