Are you looking for a home away from home experience where you can enjoy some rest and relaxation along with your own private pool? Then look no further, this single-story vacation home located in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community is definitely the place for you and your family to enjoy! Impeccably furnished with a modern flair, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the comforts of home in a highly sought after vacation community that is safe and well maintained.

For those looking to maximize on space, this home offers a lounge area to relax, socialize and read a good book in the front of the home with dual skylights providing lots of natural light. For those looking for some more action, stroll to another bonus living room towards the back of the home to watch your favourite movies on the huge flat screen TV while enjoying a view of the sparkling pool.

The kitchen is nice and cozy and has modern stainless steel appliances fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, there are plenty of areas to enjoy your meal whether it be at the formal dining area that can seat 6, at the breakfast nook in the kitchen, which will seat up to four people or at the breakfast bar that can seat an additional 3 people.

The master bedroom boasts a gorgeous king-sized bed along with an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a large tub, and walk-in shower. This room also connects directly to the pool for easy in and out access for those wanting an early morning or late night swim. A walk in closet is the highlight of this room to hold all of your luggage and extra clothes for your extended stay.

The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with plenty of room and well-appointed closet space. Finally, the third bedroom contains two twin beds which can accommodate young children or adults based on your family needs. The two bedrooms share a modern bathroom that has all of the bells and whistles to make your stay comfortable.

The pool area offers another area to eat meals together by running the bbq grill or to simply lounge by the pool and soak up the sunshine and Vitamin D.

Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat ( available for an additional fee of $40- per day), and in-unit laundry facilities. The community offers a volley ball area, tennis court and basketball court walking distance from the home to keep the family active and healthy.

Community Description

Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate of luxury vacation rental home is situated on Highway 27, just 3.5 miles from Highway 192. It is a prestigious, private community set among the gently rolling hills and orange groves of Northeast Polk County. The estate offers easy access to Interstate 4 (less than 5 minutes), which will take you to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast or Westwards to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is only 35 minutes away. Hampton Lakes estate itself has excellent facilities including 2 floodlit tennis courts with a basketball hoop, a beach volleyball court and a children’s playground. With its close proximity to all of Orlando’s exciting attractions and the airports, Hampton Lakes has become a premier vacation-home community for Central Florida. This is an ideal base from which to explore both Central Florida and the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. There are numerous golf courses within a 30-minute drive and fantastic fishing is available on the west coast, which is only about an hour away.

Wonderful

This property is beautiful! The pictures online do not do it justice! The home was immaculate and couldn’t have asked for it to be any better. And our host, Denise, was perfect and such a pleasure to interact with. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully soon!
