8-bedroom pool home with spa, arcade, and theater, ChampionsGate, sleeps 16

Eight bedrooms sleep 16: five kings and three rooms with two twin beds each. Your private screened pool has a raised spa, and the home has an arcade game room, a pool table in the loft, and a movie theater. The home is in gated ChampionsGate in Davenport, a 6-minute walk from the Oasis Club’s lazy river and water slides and about 13 miles from Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

THE POOL
Your own screened pool has a raised, bubbling spa, and the sun deck has loungers. The covered lanai has a dining table for meals outside. For families with little ones, there is a safety fence between the house and the pool.

GAMES AND MOVIES
The game room has full-size arcade machines, including racing and Star Wars games, and an air hockey table. The loft has a pool table with bar stools. The movie theater has reclining leather seats and a big screen.

BEDROOMS
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor, and the other six are upstairs. Every bedroom has its own TV. There are five bathrooms in all.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining table is beside it. The living room has leather sofas and a TV, and opens to the pool deck. A washer, dryer, and Wi-Fi are included.

THE OASIS CLUB
The resort’s clubhouse is a 6-minute walk from the door. Outside, it has a lazy river, water slides, a splash zone for small children, a large pool with loungers, a hot tub, and a pool bar. Indoors are a restaurant and bar, a fitness center, an arcade, and a small movie theater. There are also tennis courts, sand volleyball, a putting green, and a golf driving range. The resort runs the club, and its hours can change.

GETTING IN
ChampionsGate is gated. Before you arrive, we ask how many drivers and non-drivers are in your group and register you with the resort. The resort then emails you a link to add names and license plates. You let yourselves into the home with a private door code, which we send before you arrive.

GOOD TO KNOW
Pool and spa heating is optional: $35 a night, with a 4-night minimum. The spa is a raised part of the pool, not a separate hot tub. The home does not come with a grill, but you can rent a gas grill for your stay. You arrive to a starter supply of coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags, and bathroom tissue. Smoking is allowed outside only.
