**Parking**

*Additional parking is on the side of the streets. They are scattered throughout the community. All parking spaces, with the exception of single-family homes, are first come first serve. Any overflow cars will need to find a parking spot in the community. Overnight parking is allowed but not at the clubhouse.

* Barbecue / Grill: $70 (plus taxes) per stay. We provide one propane – If applicable, it needs to be requested 3 days before the check-in date.

*Pool Heat: $35 (plus taxes) per night for a minimum of 3 days – If applicable, it needs to be requested 3 days before the check-in date. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash drop door at the end of the hallway (no loose trash).

*No parties allowed at this property! Penalties for violated our policy may apply

The house was definitely spacious enough but has some wear and tear of a typical rental. Two of the bathrooms thresholds were exposed and my children stepped on them and hurt their feet. We ended up putting towels across so they wouldn’t step on them. The house was moderately clean when we got there but it could have been better. I’m very particular so others might be fine with it. There is no privacy in the backyard when you’re in the pool - you can see in to everyone’s lanai. That’s typical Florida but this was a little much for me. The neighborhood felt like it was all rental and transient. It was great for our family of 6 with all the amenities we needed for a week. No major problems or complaints but little things that a neat freak and protective mom sees.

Our stay was good. A nice place plus nice neighborhood. We only have a couple of problems but the owner got right on it. Other than that I would rent from them again

Very nice place

The house is very large, clean and nice. It is in a community of houses that are very similar and they seem to all be rentals. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants. My problem is with the host. Our check-in instructions told us to get the gate code from the guard shack. This is not true. Get your code from the host before you go. I emailed, texted and called for 3 days and never got a code. Luckily one of the gates was broken and left open so we could get in. The other problem is the pools in the back of all the houses are 5ft away from each other and of course we got “bad” neighbors. Blared music all day and late into the night. Again, I called and emailed the host to see what I could do and no response. The third thing is terrible wifi. I couldn’t work from the house. Other than that the house is beautiful. Beds are comfy and the host does provide some “starter” necessities which is nice.

The house is so spacious beautiful and very clean. If you have any problems it is very easy to get in touch with someone. It is a lot to do in the area but I just wanted to stay in the house cook eat and swim. The house is very accommodating for a large group. I can’t wait to book this house again. Thank you

Well worth it

Although my trip to Orlando started off a bit rocky due to extreme delays with the airline and I finally reached there. It was well worth making a trip. The house was clean and neat. We had one little hiccup with the refrigerator, but that was something that I could fix I’m so was no need to call about that outside of that house was amazing, the property Management company was amazing and responded quickly and was very comedy and which I also appreciate it. We will definitely rent the house in the future. Thanks again for allowing us to your property. I truly enjoyed it.

Nice getaway

Loved the location - not too far from I-Drive and outlet shopping but in quiet serene neighborhood easy to access from highways. Ice cream truck came daily which was highlight for young and older adults.

Nice property overall

Overall we were very pleased with this rental. The house was clean and spacious, I feel the listing is very accurate. A few things to note, the mattresses were terrible! across the board that was the complaint from everyone. You definitely get the absolute BARE minimum of supplies like toilet paper and trash bags. Out of other houses I’ve rented in the past, this one definitely had the most sparse supplies. We paid for pool heat but never got it so I’ll be requesting a refund. Overall affordable decent place to stay.

Annual Summer Vacay

Every year we take a family vacation to Orlando and this was our first time using VRBO. The company of the home we resided in was Intteli. They were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Although the the code to the door keypad (that was sent via email) did not work upon arrival, as soon as I made a call and reported it, they assisted me immediately by phone, step by step. The issue was fixed and we had no other hiccups. The home was very clean and it had what we needed for our stay. The game room was the least attractive space in the house for it only had an air hockey table and a video game system. Both sharing the garage with a portable AC and a mini fridge. We did however enjoy the pool and other living spaces in the home. I would definitely recommend this company and their home to other renters.
