The Space:

Sunlight pours through the balcony as you step onto the private pool deck, the water glistening like a mirror for a family splash or a quiet evening dip. Inside, the hum of an air‑hockey puck and the clack of billiard balls invite playful competition after a day of exploring Kissimmee. The themed bedrooms whisper stories of galaxies far away and enchanted castles, turning bedtime into an adventure. Every corner of this luxury villa is designed for togetherness, comfort, and a touch of fun.



Sleeping arrangements

- Bedroom 1 (downstairs) – King bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs, “Star Wars”) – 2 bunk twin beds, sleeps 4.

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs, “Princess castle”) – 2 bunk twin beds, sleeps 4.

- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) – Queen bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom, balcony.

- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) – King bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom, balcony.



Bathrooms

Four full bathrooms serve the household, with ensuite facilities attached to Bedrooms 1, 4, and 5 for added privacy.



Living spaces

Two spacious living areas provide room for gathering. The downstairs living room opens to the dining room, while an upstairs loft offers a cozy nook for reading or relaxing.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances makes meal preparation effortless. Indoor and outdoor dining areas accommodate the whole family, and a free washer/dryer is available for convenience.



Outdoor living

Step onto the balcony or patio to enjoy the private pool, complete with loungers for sunbathing. A hot tub is ready for warm, relaxing evenings—though it does not bubble, the water remains soothing. The pool area is perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks.



Entertainment

The converted garage houses a game room stocked with air‑hockey, a foosball table, and a variety of games. Adjacent, a billiard lounge offers a relaxed setting for friendly matches.



Location

Situated in Reunion Resort, the villa grants easy access to the community’s amenities and the surrounding attractions of Kissimmee. Whether you’re planning park adventures, shopping trips, or simply a staycation, the home serves as a comfortable base for all ages.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
