Set on a single level with no stairs, the home flows easily between the kitchen, dining, and living areas in one open layout. The large sectional faces a 55-inch HDTV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, and Roku - plenty of options for a movie night that runs longer than anyone planned. When focus is needed, a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door offers Wi-Fi and an ethernet connection. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep every corner comfortable.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and direct pool access. A second bedroom has a queen bed. Two themed rooms complete the lineup, with twin beds and a bunk bed. A crib and Pack 'n Play/Travel crib are available for the youngest guests.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before the parks to a full group dinner back at the house. The private screened patio is set up for real outdoor living - outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill. The private outdoor pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, with heating available for an additional fee. The backyard also includes lake access, and guests enjoy complimentary resort access to shared amenities including a gym and outdoor play areas.

The game room keeps every age group busy between outings - arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and life size games are all on-site. A children's playroom and outdoor playground are available for younger guests.
