A gas range stove with a built-in skillet is perfect for the family meal. The dining room table features seating for another eight guests. Two large sofas and a 70” wall-mounted smart tv are perfect for watching your favorite show or game! A modern wall-controlled ceiling fan will keep the air moving and comfortable. Guests will also have a full washer and dryer, located off of the living room and theater.
The living room opens to the private fenced-in patio with a heated pool and spillover spa. Guests will enjoy soaking up the sun on the four lounge chairs, or relaxing and raking in the breeze in the covered outdoor seating area. The outdoor seating area also features a ceiling fan for added comfort.
The little ones will run right to the downstairs custom “Reunion Resort” double-decker bunk room. This room features a custom-built bus with two twin beds and a wall-mounted smart tv. Custom wall art and murals will have you feeling at home as you are surrounded by some of your favorite Central Florida pals!
Across the hall, you will live in style and luxury when you stay in the king's master bedroom. This room has an added desk to get some work done, a 42” wall-mounted smart tv, and wall controlled ceiling fan. A large walk-in closet is perfect to store all of your bounties from a day at the outlets! The allure to this room is truly the master bath, which features a large double vanity and custom-built shower with bench seating and two shower heads. The bathroom also has a separate water closet.
True action and adventure await in the custom-built movie theater and arcade. This galactic theme room features two-tiered movie seating with two large sofas and two gaming chairs for the little ones. An 86” wall-mounted smart tv is sure to entertain for hours. For added fun, guests will be able to play coin free on the Star Wars multicode or start a family rivalry on the air hockey table. This room also has a separate AC, sure to keep guests extra cool in the Florida heat.
The rest of the family will find themselves sleeping upstairs, with four bedrooms and the loft on the second floor. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
