PRIVATE POOL & SPA

Pool and spa use is included with the reservation.



Optional pool and spa heating:

$40 per day plus applicable tax



Heating must be requested at least 2 days before arrival and added for the full duration of the stay.



Please note that heating performance may be limited during periods when outside temperatures fall to approximately 50°F or below.

PARKING



The ChampionsGate community permits a maximum of 6 vehicles per property.



Elevated Stays does not charge additional parking or resort-pass fees.



The community does not permit:



• Charter buses

• RVs

• Trailers

• Boats

• Slingshots

• Golf carts

• Campers



BBQ GRILL



Guests may choose to use the onsite BBQ grill for:



$40 plus applicable tax per stay



The fee covers propane gas and cleaning of the grill.

This promotion is not valid during:

• Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend: January 16 – January 19, 2027

• Presidents’ Day Weekend: February 13 – February 16, 2027



Promotion Terms



• Valid for new reservations only

• Minimum stay of 6 consecutive nights required

• Entire stay must be booked under one reservation

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

• Not valid during listed blackout dates

• Subject to availability

SECURITY DEPOSIT & GUEST AGREEMENT



The property management company requires a $500 refundable security deposit.



This is processed as a temporary authorization hold on the guest’s credit card and is required 2 days before arrival.



The authorization is released after checkout once the property has been inspected and no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other additional charges are identified.



Please note that the timing for released funds to become available may vary depending on your financial institution.



Guests are also required to review and sign our Guest Agreement after booking. The agreement outlines important property rules, community requirements, security deposit terms, and other information related to the reservation.



Failure to complete the required security deposit authorization or Guest Agreement may affect the reservation.



EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT



Because this home is frequently booked with back-to-back reservations, early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.



Requests may be considered approximately 3 days prior to arrival or departure.



When approved:



Early check-in or late checkout: $40 per hour



Please obtain written approval before arriving early or departing after the scheduled checkout time.



HOLIDAY ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE RESTRICTIONS



Check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on certain major holidays, including:



• Christmas Eve

• Christmas Day

• New Year’s Eve

• New Year’s Day

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day

• Memorial Day

• Easter

• July 4th

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day



Please consider these restrictions when selecting your travel dates.



PET-FRIENDLY STAYS



This property welcomes well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval.



Pet requirements include:



• Maximum of 2 dogs

• $100 pet fee per stay

• Prior approval required

• Signed Pet Agreement required

• Vaccination records required

• Additional $200 dog security deposit

• Total security deposit with approved pets: $700



Certain breeds, including pit bull breeds, are not permitted due to community restrictions.



Guests traveling with pets should contact us in advance to complete the required pet documentation.



COMMUNITY GATE REGISTRATION



After booking, guests must provide the property management company with the names of all guests 18 years of age and older staying at the property.



This information is required so adult guests can be registered for access through the ChampionsGate community gate.



STARTER SUPPLIES



This is a privately managed vacation home rather than a hotel, so daily housekeeping and linen service are not included during the stay.



We provide a complimentary starter supply of household essentials, including approximately:



• 5 dishwasher pods

• 5 laundry pods

• 2 rolls of toilet paper

• 1 roll of paper towels

• 1 sponge

• Cleaning spray

• 5 trash bags

• Hand soap

• Dish soap

• Coffee, creamer, and sugar

• Vegetable oil

• Salt and pepper

• Shampoo

• Conditioner

• Body wash



Starter supplies are intended to help guests get settled upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
