Pleasing Stay

The property is beautiful and very well kept. The room was as described, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and attentive. The only issue we had was the wifi, it stopped working on our second night while the kids were playing on their game console. Unfortunately this really messed up their night. I called downstairs and I was informed that the room doesn’t come with wifi and that the resort’s wifi isn’t for streaming which was weird because it worked fine the day before. Apart from that we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Westgate Resorts

Unfortunately the only kept up pools were the ones you had to pay extra for in the water park. All other pools and hot tubs were dirty and not ones I would go in. The A / B units had a door separating them and could hear everything from the other unit. The unit I was in, the sliding glass door frame appeared as if it was pried away from the entire frame leaving a gap/opening. Notified security on two separate occasions and informed they would come check it out or have maintenance come which never occurred. Manager was responsive to messages sent via VRBO .

Amazing Weekend!!

We had a great weekend. Our kids enjoyed their time, went so fast. The room was very clean and roomy. The resort was awesome. Many things to do with kids, and plenty of food options. Our kids absolutely LOVED the waterpark. No wait times, reasonable price. Will definitely be back. Looking to book now.

Devastating

Nothing bad towards the owner of the timeshare or the room! I was extremely dissatisfied with the property and specifically the employees. 1. We were sent the wrong address and ended up going to the wrong property. After 30 mins to find that out, they sent us to the next location in the middle of rush hour so we then had to drive another hour on top of original drive time. 2. After arriving at the new location it seemed like we were a hinder to the desk employee. They even wanted more money after the trip was paid in full! So after check in I asked where to find the room, the lady rolled her eyes and then gave me a map with black sharpie on it and said have a nice day! Wow!! 3. Took another 20 mins to find the location of the room. One way streets, along with run down looking location, and awful front entrance, at this point I was ready to go home! Because I was doing something special for my daughter I suck it up and kept going. I have so much more but to cut this short. It’s not worth the stay! Water is $, internet $a day, only thing nice was the room. I’ll never stay at this location or another westgate again!

Great Resort to stay with family

The resort was fantastic - there are 14 pools on location - one was just steps from our front door. A playground very close by for the kids too. My son LOVED the water park - there are big slides and smaller slides for the younger kids. Multiple restaraunts on site, icecream shop, lots of activities, theatre - we didn't even need to leave the resort most days. The room itself was okay, you can tell it's an older building. But all the same it met our needs, very comfortable King bed. The check in process took quite a while because there was ALOT of people checking in (we arrived on a Friday evening).

Great Stay

The location and property was outstanding! Thor service at the resort was the BEST I have ever experienced. If I had to name one negative it would just be that the pictures listed did not match the property. Other than that it was 5 stars!

The wait

Everything was great, except for arrival time to getting in room..We waited inline for 11/2 hrs to check in, which is children where screaming and running around wild.Finialy get to our turn,No smile,No friendly manner,the employee was short and curt.No hair dryer in the room as was stated, and the people in the next suit,we're having a party at 2:00 am.Was not impressed.

Not as described

Booked at the resort, but when we arrived were told we were in the towers, which was a completely different address, more of a standard hotel, not even as nice as a best western, and nothing matched the description. It took me two days to receive a call back, they finally offered to move us 5 days into our reservation, to a room that was not any better. The discounts off of park tickets was misinformation as well. I wasted almost 3 hours of my time to essentially be called a liar at the tour, and then could only get discounts on one park, which I had specifically asked about when I had originally booked my reservation. I ended up spending so much more money than I had budgeted since I didn't have the described kitchen and ended up having to eat out each night. Eventually I was compensated 100.00 for the inconvenience, and that was only an option because I didn't let it go.

No A/C keycards didn't work on 5 occasions

No a/c when we got there. It took a few days to get someone to come out, then we just got transferred to another room. Lock on our door did not work and we spent hours trying to get working keycards. The keycards worked that day then the next night at 10pm coming home from the parks the keys did not work. Took at least an hour to get into our room. My kids where sleeping outside the room waiting to get in. It was a nightmare. The room wasn't terrible but service and cleanliness was definitely an issue.
