Located in the #1 secured gated Solterra Resort community only a few minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions like Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Legoland but far enough to experience peace from the busy tourist district. Nestled off Interstate 4 and Hwy 27, this villa provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and world class golf. Our luxury villa features wider doorways, and ramp into and out of the house. You will have upgraded, plush mattresses for a perfect night's sleep with quality bed linens and so much more. This villa features flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the family room along with free Wi-Fi. Our pool and jacuzzi (heating charges extra) provide great way to relax and unwind with family and friends. This Solterra Resort villa rental is fun for the family and relaxing for the adults! Resort Amenities include clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center (with Internet access to ensure you stay connected!), tennis, children's playground, and a picnic area where you can enjoy a meal and relax with a poolside cafe and Lazy River!! There is a onetime fee of $35 per booking (up to 12 guests) for accessing the resort amenities.

We had a great stay! We loved the layout of the house, the perfect set up for our group of 10 and very clean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The pool was very warm and the hot tub was hot and the jets were relaxing. The house is in a quiet part of the neighborhood which is a huge plus. We loved going to the neighborhood resort for lunch and to have a cocktail by the pool. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The property was just as advertised. We specially enjoyed the layout of the house as everyone was able to have a room with a bathroom which was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious for multiple people cooking at the same time. Were not able to enjoy the pool because of the cold weather which prevented the pool from heating but the backyard was very private and we were able use the grill and gather as a family. We were also able to enjoy the playroom in the garage for fun family nights. The host was always available and the check-in at the community was very easy and fast.

I would have gave you a 5 star if the mattresses on all the beds wasn't so uncomfortable and the bar stools are like they was unpaded.Other then that the house was great and the pool and hot tub was fantastic..We really enjoyed are stay..I would love to rent again because we come to Florida every year..I would suggest maybe just putting mattress pads on the beds to make them comfortable because i know things are expensive..OTHERWISE i would love to rent this house again..Im happy to get the 5 star Thank you..

House was perfect for our family, only downfall is the one way in and out of subdivision which created traffic and wait time but it was Spring Break with lots of people in the area.

Great stay

Overall great experience. House was very roomy. Pool and hot tub were super clean. The host was very responsive to messages. Only minor downside to the stay was that there is only one entrance in and out of the resort. At times, it was very busy and chaotic at the gate.

Great Value For Size and Amenities

This property was priced well for the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, and resort-style amenities. It's clearly well managed and extremely clean. There are some things, however, that I wish I knew in advance, so I'll add them below:- Everything in the home is a little wonky, and especially noticeable in the game room. Some things are more for show and are unusable. - You only get one toilet paper roll per bathroom, trash bag per trashcan, and dishwasher "pellet". Be prepared to purchase more. - Although the property does not come with a grill, you can rent one from a third party. They'll send you the details closer to arrival time. - Pool & hot tub heat is extra and only on from 9am to 9pm. Pool gets to a comfortable temperature within two days, but the hot tub (they call it a spa) is on a timer. It seems like only the first 20 minutes of the timer actually heat it, so its an annoying two or three hours to get it hot enough to use. - The lazy river is only open until 5pm. That said, it was great and the "restaurant" in the pool area was surprisingly good. Resort fee is a one time 35 per stay.- There is only one entrance and exit to the resort community and it gets backed up often. As does the road leading to the highway. Allow for extra travel time during peak hours.

Very Nice Rental and Great Communication

The home was very nice and very clean. Overall a great stay. A few things to consider are you will need to bring extra paper goods and cleaning supplies if staying for a length of time. Also, the pool and spa heat is ineffective if temperatures are less than 60-degrees, which can often happen in winter months. Gurpreet was very responsive with any communication.

Family Holiday Vacation

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children in their 20's) thorougly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures and description of the property were completely accurate. The check in process was seamless and our host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We paid the additional fee for pool and spa heat and enoyed the backyard pool area almost daily. I would highly recommend this property!

Awesome house

We were 2 families and a pet. House is big, comfortable and clean. Pool area it’s nice we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. My only suggestion in the kitchen is that cookware needs to be upgrade, and it will be nice to add an air fryer. But overall it was fantastic. I recommend this property. Thank you!

Great house with lots of room!

Our family stayed over Spring Break. Beautiful home in a gated community. Pool was great, when heated…sun from morning until around 5 which was perfect. Close to Disney and shopping/restaurants. Never got the chance to use the resort amenities but looked nice!

Family vacation

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The kids swam a lot even when the water was cold. We should have paid to have it heated, but have never needed it heated this time of year in the past. The jacuzzi was same temp as the pool which was a little disappointing. Very clean, had everything we needed, convenient location, and was as pictured. Would stay again.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and as described in the listing we enjoyed the pool and the game room, the mattress in the Master bedroom needs to be replaced the dining chairs and counter chairs need an update too. All in all we had a great stay, would stay here again if furnishing were updated.

Fun & Sun at Solterra Resort 2023

Family and friends vacation to Solterra resort. First time to Davenport area.Very lovely resort. Well maintained homes in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to from MCO Orlando Airport. Bonus beautiful water park for the kiddos. Great communication with property owner. The home was lovely, clean and spacious. The pool with jacuzzi spa was clean and heat for spa worked well.

Fantastic

My husband, 2 teenagers, and I loved this property! I know others mentioned getting into the community was time consuming, but we had absolutely no problems and no wait. The house itself was very clean, the rooms were spacious, the pool was fantastic, the neighborhood was peaceful. It was close to Disney. It took us less than 25 minutes to get to the parks, and that's with crazy traffic. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our Memorial Week Vacation

Hopefully it speaks volumes my wife and I have been doing vacation rentals since 2018 and this is the first and only house we stayed at twice it is that nice. Most houses have old photos that should be updated with current photos from beat up furniture or signs of neglect, this house is exactly what the photos show. Even our half way stop hotel was renovated in 2022 but it no where near as nice as this house. Owner has great communication which is a big thing for us and makes everything easy. The only thing which I cannot hold against the owner he provides the check in information so it's not the owner's end or in their control but checking in the Solterra community is a little time consuming first day check in but worth it this new system has prevented backups at the gate and once you're checked in for your stay you're set. The community is worth the minor inconvenience just make sure the renter who booked goes in with photo id, rental information, and license plate numbers for how ever many parking passes you need. Thank You Again Gurpreet We Will Absolutely Rent Again
