Decent value for the price, but the home is starting to show wear from frequent use. The beds in the children’s rooms are very thin foam mats—some even layered with carpet foam for extra cushioning—set on aluminum bar frames. One bunk does have a mattress, but it’s quite worn. The queen beds in the adult rooms are low to the ground but surprisingly comfortable. As others have mentioned, the couch is extremely low and could be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility issues. Everything else is hard plastic to sit onThe pool at the townhome is very small, and we didn’t find much value in paying for pool heat since it shuts off at 6 p.m., including the turbo jets. Because the pool doubles as a hot tub, it would have been nice to use the jets after long days at the parks, which don’t close until 9–10 p.m. The kitchen is decently stocked. Cleaning was okay overall, but there were some areas that could use more attention—we found small debris along the bed edges and between the couch cushions—but the general space was clean.Be aware that the resort pool reaches capacity quickly and will turn people away, often by around noon during busy periods like Spring Break. Traffic around the resort is also rough during peak times, so bring your patience. The townhome is a bit of a walk to the resort pool, and parking near the resort amenities is limited, so arriving early is best. The resort pool area itself is very nice, and we enjoyed the dining options and lazy river.
