I chose my vacation home in Terra Verde Resort because it is a great place to stay in the Sunshine State and have a great time with your family or friends.
Terra Verde offers a variety of activities to all ages and sports fans.
Also a Fitness Center, Theater Room, playground, fishing lake, tiki bar and many other amenities.
I felt in love with this house because it is one of the best locations in Terra Verde.
Just a short walk to Clubhouse and a Lakeview from the Master bedroom with stunning sunset views.
I decided to renovated the whole house since flooring to all furniture. All mattresses, sofa, dresser and everything else.
The A/C system is brand new so you can enjoy Florida heat with comfort.
The SPA is brand new as well so guests also can stay at home and relax.
All bedrooms and Living Room have a flat Smart TV with cable installed. Living Room has also a DVD player and sound system.
In the house we have board games, DVD movies and books for rainy days.
The door is keyless system and with a private code to every guest. So you don't need to worry about losing keys, meeting someone or late check-ins.
My townhouse is kids friendly and being a mother I know how hard it is to travel with kids and all stuff we need to carry.
So you will find in the house to use as courtesy a portable crib, high chair, car seat, umbrella stroller, that you may take to the parks if you don't want bring yours.
You will have assistance to all your needs since I live in Orlando.
My goal is offer to all my guests a great and unforgettable time.
I am sure you won't regret stay in my house and you will comeback.

The home was very clean and my family enjoyed the stay. There was everything needed to complete our stay. There was only one issue it was only one washcloth so we had to go out and buy some. I would suggest adding more.

Positives: Accurate description, comfortable furniture, full kitchen, amenities (hot tub, basketball court, hammocks, fishing, fitness room, movie theatre), gas grill, secure location.Negatives: had issues using the temperature control, a little slow to respond to inquiries.Overall, a great place to stay that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again when we come to the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

We had a wonderful time at Ulda's holiday home. We traveled as a family of four adults and two toddlers, and the house completely met our expectations. It's very child-friendly and lovingly furnished, so we felt right at home. The house's location within the resort is ideal, right on the lake and just steps from the main building with its playground and pool. The resort is well-maintained and totally relaxed. We looked forward to coming "home" every evening. The Disney Parks are between 15 and 25 minutes away by car, and Universal is 25 to 35 minutes away. Our host, Ulda, was always available and helped us with everything. We would love to come back!

The house was not as stated in description. It says full renovation. It stays AC is new and hot tub is new. We never used the hot tub because it looked a little sketch. There were dirty socks laying next to the hot tub. It is lacking property management and cleanliness. The tub upstairs would not drain properly. The master sink wouldn’t drain properly. The tubs liner was disgusting. There was dust everything. The master shower had mold around the bottom of the shower. There was an outlet in the kitchen missing a light switch, just a plate covering a hole. The AC read 82 when we got home from going to seaworld. We contacted the host. I explained all the problems and she was pretty responsive. Once I sent pictures she ghosted me. I have since filed a claim with VRBO as we left the morning after we arrived and had to spend half of our day trying to find something at another location. We lost a day of fun and had to spend another 700 to stay elsewhere.

Property owner didn’t respond to my questions at all... 1.) To lock the front door you have to hold it closed then put the four digit code and press C.2.) The stairs are noisy, loud and creaky 3.) No face towels. 3 Hand towels and 6 Bath towels4.) Sofa has a tear on the backside and dirty gum residue 5.) Bench at the table is shaky6.) Dayb1 Guest bath tub is clogged while taking a shower on the first day7.) Masterbath sink clogged water slowly goes down8.) Tremendous amount of dust under the master bed with dust bunnies and trash

Condo was clean and roomy, there was issues with the hot tub but owner was on it and made it right for us. She was responsive with any issues and very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a great location. We reached out to the owner with a thermostat and spa issue. She didn't respond to me. I reached out to her on April 15 and didn't get a response until April 19 because she was out of town. The condo wasn't the cleanest either, but that was the least problem. Once I got into contact with owner, she did offer me a refund on the spa since we couldn't use it.

Amazing Location

The location was amazing! Very first thing when arriving is the gated entrance. They checked us in. They did take thier job serous in which made my family feel safe. Very quite easy to figure out. It was very clean and nice set up. The host was really friendly and helpful.

Comfortable Stay with Pet-Friendly Perks!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It was comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located for our trip to Orlando. One of the biggest highlights was being able to bring both of our pets—thank you so much for being so accommodating!The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. We’ve already discussed renting again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.
