The Space:
This house will make you and your family dream! The enchanted world of Disney starts here. The house has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms for 10 guests. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary utensils for you to have great gourmet moments with your family. The barbecue is available to join everyone in incredible moments of relaxation (check the rental price). It is a comfortable and beautifully decorated house, see the photos and make yourself at home!
We still follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process between guest stays which goes from preparation, cleaning, sanitizing, checking, and resetting to help prevent cross-contamination. To get you started, you'll find a small starter set of amenities with 1 roll of paper towel, 1 kitchen trash Bag, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 Small bottle dishwashing liquid, 1laundry pod, 1 small soap bar per bathroom sink, 1 toilet tissue roll per bathroom, 1 small shampoo packet per bath with shower/tub and 2 coffee sachet with coffee kit. As these are provided for first time use, if more quantities of these amenities are needed, you should stop by a local store nearby to acquire more. And you’ll find a super cute set of face, bath and pool towels perfectly sanitized and packed.

Guest Access:
You will have an epass to access tha gate and a door code for a contactless check-in. Super easy to walk around. You can also call the shuttle to drive you to the golf course and full access to the absolutely complete Club House which always happens to offer Special Activities so you might wanna check it out while staying there!!!!

The Neighborhood:
Full access to the absolutely complete Club House! This beautifully appointed club boasts the amenities of some of the finest resorts in the world, right in your own backyard. Featuring a 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse complete with a full-service restaurant, including indoor and patio dining, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, business center, 26 seat movie theater, kids activities center, arcade room, Concierge, Guest Service/Ticket Sales and multiple common areas for gathering with family and friends, there is so much to do under one roof. When you’re ready to step outside, you’ll find our 82,000 sq. ft. pool deck where you will discover so many ways to relax, from floating around your very own zero entry heated lazy river, taking a plunge down the water slide or watching kids play in the interactive splash zone. Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for example. Turo is considered the Airbnb of car rentals, but if you have a foreign driver's license remember we can help you with car rental too. Orlando Magic and Theme Park tickets? The house is around an area where the newest club house is under construction. Soon you'll have the greatest view of the club.
Our rental agreement along with other important information will be sent 7 days before your check-in.

Grill:
It is US$40 to use the grill. This value is for cleaning the grill. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE extra dirt on the patio, so extra charges will incur if necessary and a money request will be sent through the platform. We do not provide utensils, we provide the tank, but not the propane gas, which can be purchased at convenience stores, supermarkets, and some pharmacies such as Walgreens (please take the tank for the exchange). However, feel free to use whatever is left on the tank. The grill is padlocked and will only be opened upon payment and understanding of these rules.
