The Space:

Soft morning light fills the open living area as you settle in with the ease of being close to Orlando’s theme parks while still enjoying the calm of a private retreat. The flow between indoor comfort and the pool area creates an inviting space to unwind after days spent exploring nearby attractions. With access to community amenities and plenty of room inside the home, your stay balances relaxation and activity as you move easily between gathering spaces, games, and restful bedrooms.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features 5 bedrooms designed to accommodate groups of various sizes. Downstairs, a bedroom with a king bed offers an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the Mario Bross room includes a bunk bed with a queen bed that sleeps 4, while the Toad room features four queen beds that sleep 8. Two additional rooms upstairs, Queen A and Queen B, each include a queen bed. Bathrooms are arranged with 1 ensuite and a shared half bathroom downstairs, plus 3 bathrooms upstairs.



Indoor amenities

The main living area provides comfortable seating for spending time together, whether you are relaxing between park visits or winding down for the night. A home cinema offers an additional gathering space for movie nights, while the game room includes a pool table, 2 arcades with multiple games, and a Nintendo Switch that supports group play. A free washer and dryer add convenience during longer stays, and WiFi with a dedicated workspace allows you to stay connected if needed.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare meals for your group. Indoor dining areas make it easy to enjoy shared meals, and the layout supports both quick breakfasts before heading out and relaxed dinners after returning from the parks.



Outdoor living

Right outside the living area, a private pool provides an inviting spot for cooling off or enjoying downtime, with the option to add heat. The outdoor patio includes a grill and loungers, offering space to relax in Florida’s consistently warm climate. Poolside dining is available with the outdoor setup, and both free parking on premises and free street parking add to the convenience.



Community amenities and neighborhood

Located in Windsor at Westside, you have access to resort features such as the water park, amenity center, and clubhouse. The community includes a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a splash pool, a hot tub, recreational courts, and areas for picnics and BBQs. Just a short distance from the clubhouse, the home sits near dining, shopping, and entertainment, with easy access to major roads and a short drive to local theme parks.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
