Enjoy a heated pool, picnic gazebos, and kids’ playgrounds. The home features a full kitchen, private backyard, and sleeps up to 10 across 4 stylish bedrooms. Extras include a game room, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, driveway parking, and in-home laundry.

This townhome offers a modern and elegant accommodation choice in the strategically located community of Compass Bay. The gated community has the main gate over Poinciana Blvd, between US 192 and SR 535a and allows fast access to major Florida highways, such as I-4, Osceola Parkway, and International Drive.

Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool, its gazebos with picnic areas, and the kids playgrounds when at the community.

The ground floor features an open plan with a modern full-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas with access to the private backyard.

On the upper floor the four rooms are elegantly appointed to give comfort up to 10 guests. The rooms are furnished with a KingSize bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a FullSize bed with en-suite bathroom for the second master, a pair of TwinSize beds on the third bedroom, and a TwinSize bed over FullSize bed on the Bunk bed of the forth bedroom.

The hallway upstairs features the bathroom and the Washer/Dryer area.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:
- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.
- Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.

4. Rental Cars:

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be 21 or older to book with us.
