Spacious and stylishly setup 6 Bedroom Bungalow with a private pool and resort style amenities located at a highly rated Solterra Resort. This massive house features 6 bedrooms, private swimming pool, BBQ, lazy river, gym, jacuzzi, pool bar/restaurant, tennis courts ideal for family reunions. Stylishly setup, the 2800sq ft house features high speed internet and Smart Home Security system for additional safety of our guests. This place is suitable for families only and this is NOT a party place.

This massive house features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 washrooms, kitchen, living room, patio, private swimming pool, etc. The retreat house is fully furnished and ready for your stay. Features include:

Good neighborhood……easy access……clean. Lacked a few niceties that I’ve had at other places like a few tupperware containers for storage of leftovers. There was a nice grill but no gas. Also our check in was suppose to be 5 and we couldn’t get in until 6:30. No notification given. This made us lose reservations at restaurant and show we were planning to attend and friends that drove in from 75 miles away had to turn around and go home. Quite disappointing . I’d go back to that neighborhood but would look for a place with family’s few more amenities.

Wonderful resort style property. Nice amenities for a very small fee. Have stayed in other resorts style properties where if you did not own you could not use some of the amenities even for a fee. Manager got back to us right away with any questions we had. Would stay again.Thank you

Clean home. Nice neighborhood. Charge for using gym equipment at clubhouse but I have a planet fitness membership so I didn’t need it. We didn’t watch tv much but noticed a couple would not operate properly. Nothing deal breaking about the property. Pool cleaner came around and kitchen utensils were labeled nicely. We loved our stay and will recommend!

The location was great but there was numerous issues. Big pieces of glass on the pool area. The pool had leaves and bugs in it and was dirty. Myself and wife had to clean the pool area on numerous occasions. The netting was broken/non existent on various panels. This was fixed over various days so we could not use the area.There was a camera on the back door which was not notified before we arrived. There was plaster powder material on the front path. It was 3 star at best

Great quick getaway!

House was clean and beautiful! 6 bedrooms with 4 king beds. My 3 teens were happy about that lol. Every kitchen gadget was available. Property owner very kind and easy to contact. Would definitely return.

We needed a place for multiple couples to stay. Home was just what we needed. Clean and well furnished. Any issues we had the Host addressed quickly. Plenty to do in the area and in the complex. I would rent again if In the area.

Property exactly as shown in pictures / listing. Lovely and clean and spacious. Plenty of cutlery and plates etc... Maybe could have had a some additional towels as there were 9 of us, but not a deal breaker. Had a small maintenance issue which the hist resolved promptly once we contacted him. Would certainly recommend to others...

A wonderful vacation rental. Incredibly clean, well stocked, beautiful community. Relaxed on the lazy river and very easy drive to Disney and Universal. Took a side trip to Clearwater as well. Centrally located. Will be back.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! The house is Very spacious and had many king size beds!

We were on our staff work retreat and I wanted the women to feel comfortable, this place delivered. It was immaculate and the pool was just what we needed after working all day! We did not want a themed house for grown women. We wanted something elegant and could not have been more pleased. The response time from the owner was incredibly fast. We are looking forward to going back soon!

Family Meet Up

The bones of the property were amazing - a wonderful house plan offering more than adequate space for all 7 of us to spread out and relax. Two masters were on one side of the house and four bedrooms were on the other. The house was spotless and orderly. Having a child with severe allergies to dust makes this especially important. The kitchen cabinets were even labeled so there was no need to hunt around for things. The air conditioner cooled the house superbly. My children had fun playing air hockey and foosball in the game room/garage, which had a portable AC unit. All employees of the resort property were kind, friendly, and helpful. The rules also allow for quiet at night which is important if you have younger children. However, there were a couple of issues. There was not a sufficient supply of linens of any kind. There was one towel per person, one hand towel per bathroom, and not even one washcloth per person. I have 4 children of varying ages, so this was a problem. I went out and bought some inexpensive washcloths and had to wash towels daily. (BTW there are no towels offered at the resort pool.) There were also no blankets, flat sheets on the beds, or extra pillows. The beds had a fitted sheet, a duvet comforter, and two pillows that were covered with matching shams (no regular pillow cases). We also had trouble with the TVS in the bedrooms, which was something all my children had been excited about after seeing the pictures of the house. A couple of TVs lacked HDMI input and cables needed for technology hookup. This may not matter to some, but to my gaming boys it mattered. Pressure washing of the roof also took place two afternoon/evenings in a row, and we were only there three nights. I totally understand the need for maintenance to be done, but my suggestion would be to have it done between check-out and check-in of guests or at least notify the guests of this beforehand. The owner was responsive in communication, but unfortunately, could not solve anything for me. I did relay all of the "negatives" I have mentioned here when I checked out. He responded thankfully, saying we were some of the first guests, and he planned on making some improvements based on my input. I took a chance on this property as there were no reviews when I booked. Overall, the trip was good. I only mention these issues for a family similar to mine that may find this information helpful in packing and preparing for a getaway.

Awesome home!

The property was clean, very well equipped. The property manager was fast at responding to messages. Well maintained home. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. The home felt like a home away from home, it gave a home felt atmosphere. I would book this property again!
