The Space:

Soft mornings drift into easy afternoons as you settle into this Davenport retreat, where space, comfort, and playful touches create a relaxed home base for your Orlando getaway. After days exploring nearby parks, you can unwind in the open living area, step out to the outdoor patio for fresh air, or let the kids retreat to their themed bedrooms that spark pure vacation joy.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, two themed bedrooms bring Disney adventures to life. The Star Wars - Rise of the Resistance room features one full bed and one twin bed, while the Mickey and Minnie Railway Runaway room mirrors that setup, each space offering its own TV. The Blue Sanctuary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Downstairs, the Midnight Nest provides a second king bed and its own ensuite bathroom, giving your group a flexible layout for both togetherness and personal space. With accommodations for up to 10 guests, everyone finds a comfortable place to settle in.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for gathering, with a large kitchen island that seats 4 and a formal dining area for 8. Whether you're preparing simple breakfasts or relaxing after a long day at the parks, the space is set up to make cooking and dining feel easy. A dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen amenities support longer stays, and a dedicated workspace gives you room to stay connected when needed.

The open concept living area offers a natural gathering point, perfect for movie nights or planning the next day's adventures. Washer and dryer access keeps stays convenient, and essentials like bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer help streamline your packing.

A private entrance, free parking on the premises, wifi, air conditioning, heating, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm complete the essentials.

Disney World is approximately 20 minutes away, with SeaWorld about 25 minutes and Universal Studios roughly 35 minutes, placing you within easy reach of Orlando's most iconic attractions while giving you a peaceful home to return to.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
