The fun level reaches the max as soon as you walk in the front door, as you and your family will enjoy having your own private custom-built movie theater and game room. Hours can be spent watching your favorite movie, game, or show on the 75-inch wall-mounted tv. Six theater rocking chair recliners line two tiers of seating and will have you in full comfort mode. For guests looking to keep entertained, they can enjoy a game of air hockey or play in the two-player arcade. The theater also has its own separate air conditioning, designed to keep guests, extra cook, during the hot summer months. Custom design wood and artwork will truly have guests feeling like they are in a galaxy far far away!

The open living area is great for entertaining and togetherness. The large kitchen with a gas range stove opens up to a large seating and living area, as well as a dining area. The large, curved countertop has plenty of space for the holiday spread and offers bar-top seating for four. This compliments the dining area with seating for eight. The dining area has a wine cooler and bar area for your adult beverages. The very large sectional sofa provides plenty of room for guests to enjoy the 70” wall-mounted smart tv. A modern ceiling fan will keep the air moving and everyone comfortable.

The living area opens up to the back patio and pool, which provide a great view of golfers teeing off onto the fairway. The large heated pool has a spillover spa, perfect for a late-night dip after a long day in the parks. Lay back on the lounge chairs and soak up the sun while listening to the breeze whistle through the tropical palm trees, which tower over the corner of the patio. If you prefer to enjoy the shade, this home has outdoor covered dining for six.

The lone downstairs bedroom is a king master with a 50” wall-mounted smart tv, and wall-controlled ceiling fan for added comfort. The owners have also installed a separate air conditioning unit, which is great for those needing a cooler room to sleep in at night. The bathroom has a double vanity and a large glass shower with his and hers double shower. The bathroom also has a separate water closet.

Guests have access to a half bathroom and full laundry room off the downstairs hallway.

The fun continues when you step off the top stair into the loft. The loft has a gaming station, equipped with a PlayStation 5 and a 50” wall-mounted smart tv. Two gaming chairs are perfect to sink into to enjoy a game. If video games aren't your fancy, you may enjoy a game of shuffleboard on the wooden shuffleboard table. The loft also has an additional seating area with a sofa and a 50” wall-mounted smart tv. The living area is accented with custom woodwork to give a luxurious and relaxing feel.

The loft shares a full bathroom (shower only) with the custom-built superhero room. The Superhero room has lots of familiar faces, as well as a custom-built full over a full bunk bed, equipped with a slide! Kids can catch their favorite shows on the wall-mounted smart tv. Across the hall, guests will enjoy the cute and comforting feeling of the twin/twin bedroom. This room features two twin beds, custom wall woodwork, and a 50” wall-mounted smart tv. A wall-controlled ceiling fan provides additional comfort.

The princesses will truly fall in love with the custom-built castle bunk bed, featuring two full beds. This master bedroom also has a wall-mounted smart tv and a bathroom with a shower. The upstairs front king bedroom gives off a nice seaside vibe. Custom accent wallpaper and custom shutters really bring this room up a level. Enjoy laying back and watching the 65” wall-mounted smart tv. The bathroom has a double vanity and shower. This room also has a wall-controlled ceiling fan for added comfort.

The upstairs back king master is going to be reserved for your favorite family members. When you open the double doors, you are greeted with a large bedroom with custom shutters and plenty of light. A 50” wall-mounted smart tv is great for enjoying your favorite shows, but you will probably be spending more time in the luxury bathroom or private balcony. The bathroom offers a double vanity, a large shower, and an oversized soaking tub. The corner tub has two queen windows that provide plenty of light and custom shutters for privacy. The bedroom opens up to a private balcony, where you can relax and watch a round of golf, or look over the family on the back patio.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue. Propane is self-catering.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
