We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this beautiful home. Every bedroom was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, giving everyone in our family their own space and privacy, which made the stay especially relaxing.The home is extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and truly felt like a place you could settle into right away. One of our favorite parts was the peaceful farmland behind the house, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening—it was such a calming and special way to end the day.The location was very convenient, with stores nearby and Disney not far at all, making it easy to get around while still feeling quiet and tucked away. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and overall it was hard to leave because everything about this home felt welcoming and comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and beautiful place to stay.

Host communication was among the best out there. Provided all kinds of information in advance about amenities, events, etc. Very easy process.Home was very clean, very spacious, pics are accurate.The neighborhood and clubhouse are also nice. Only downside was parking and some people having big parties, can't control that.

House is beautiful and was immaculately clean. It has everything needed for a wonderful family vacation. The only drawback is getting into the neighborhood. We waited up to 20 mins several times. The neighborhood doesn’t have enough parking for the number of homes. The HOA doesn’t enforce rules.

Family Vacation

This house is awesome for an extended family vacation. It was great to have all the baby gear at the house like a crib, high chair and baby gate. The only complaint was the amount of traffic but that has nothing to do with the house, just a lot of traffic around the Orlando area. Definitely would rent again!

Just what we all needed

Only issues we had were the dish washer not working but got a new one in a couple of days! Paid for pool and hot tub to be heated but wasn’t that hot. Otherwise this place is beautiful! The streets are small so go slow lots of cars around

Disney for 5th Birthday

We gathered in Orlando for our daughters 5th birthday. The house was perfect for a large group and we enjoyed our stay. Traffic from the home to the disney property was a bit hectic but the home and resort community were wonderful! We will certainly be visiting this home again!

The property and community the house is located in is beautiful. The house was plenty big enough for our family that stayed. My little guy loved that there are cows in the field behind the house! Both kids also enjoyed looking at the little lizards. The only part about the house was getting the back slider open. For my kids and my grandmother they couldnt open it on their own. There is a Publix grocery store only a few miles away which made our first night easier to get groceries. Our family loved the private pool and the giant community pool and slide. The lazy river was a nice place to relax. I will say around the lazy river i cleaned up garbage from people that threw plastic cups, lids, and straws in the mulch.

Disney world trip vacation stay

We enjoyed the house very much it was nice and spacious. The only concern is we paid extra for heat to the spa and pool. I’m of the opinion that both the pool and spa was not adequately heated for the extra files that were paid.

Good House, Cramped Neighborhood

I understand that everyone vacations differently and looks for/enjoys different things so please keep that in mind. The house has everything you could possibly need on vacation and space galore. The gameroom came in super handy because the weather was in the 60’s while we visited so the pool/hot tub was not an option We did get to use them on our very first day and they were great. We did need to contact management regarding the hot tub and smoke detector and they were super responsive. It’s pet friendly and we needed that this time so I’m appreciative of owners that have that as an option. The beds were very comfortable and the linens are very nice. The neighbors were loud. All of the time. Not just a little, but kids screaming and talking as loud as possible. I saw this noted in other reviews so I’m wondering if they live there. I didn’t call a noise complaint but it made it very difficult to relax. Even in the bedroom off the patio area, you could hear it while trying to read or relax. I also think the pool heater needs to be replaced and the carpet should be professionally cleaned more often. There is a cobweb the size of Vermont in the stairwell I couldn’t reach. The neighborhood is PACKED. All the time. Cars in the road packed. We got blocked in twice when trying to leave the neighborhood. Light switches should be marked- we had some trouble there. I do recommend the house but do not recommend the neighborhood because of the sheer volume of cars and people.

Beautiful “warm” house!

Home was as advertised. Sits on a cul de sac lot with a field behind it so privacy was much improved for a very busy and large subdivision. Pool was fantastic! We spent much time in there when at the house. We attempted to utilize the neighborhood pool however it was quite busy and loud for our vacation this year. House was Large and roomy for our family now of 6 adults. Nice furnishings, abundance of dinnerware and kitchen items for use. We took advantage of the beach towels at the house and starter basket of supplies. Overall we had a wonderful week! The info about regulation of the house temperature by the owners through remote was not provided until 2 weeks prior to arrival at the home. Our family including a pregnant daughter in law was quite uncomfortable for the first 2 days at the house. We did notify owner who took action to decrease temp from 75 degrees to 73 degrees. This did take awhile to cool off the house. Suggestion would be that on arrival day the house would be already set at 73 to allow for more comfort of renters. Once we were hot from unloading g our cars it was difficult to get cool. The house also had difficulty maintaining the cooler temp once it was remotely decreased. Especially the room over the enclosed garage. Love being energy efficient but also want to be more in control of day to day temp at home we have rented. Pat was wonderful to work with! Yes I would recommend this place for friends and family to stay….in the winter months!

Family Vacation

Travelled with my husband, daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in-law, 2 3 year old granddaughters, 5 year old granddaughter, niece and her husband for a 9 night vacation. The house was exactly as pictured and it was a wonderful stay. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and all that was asked for was ready for us.

Picture Perfect!

This home was as perfect as the pictures! The house was comfortable, clean and extremely spacious. This home was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. Having two living rooms was very convenient and the games room was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were all very large and no shortage of bathrooms! The laundry room was very convenient. Plenty of linens, towels and beach towels for the pool. This house is loaded with extras and we certainly appreciated every detail. Great location, quiet backyard with everything you would need! The pool was amazing, Ceiling fans/lights, outdoor fridge, tv, and bbq! The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and ample seating for everyone. The garbage pick up each morning was very convenient! The property management was quick to respond and very helpful. We look forward to another vacation at this property!
