Executive newly remodeled home with Pool, Spa & Games Room!

Absolutely gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom located in the community of Westridge, just a short drive from Disney and near to a 24 hour Walmart. This beautiful home has just recently been completely renovated and was done very well.

Featuring two spacious living areas, one with leather sectional sofa, flat screen TV with Roku to stream live tv or watch your favorite apps such as Disney plus and Netflix, DVD player and PlayStation. The family room also has leather sofas and and there is a separate dining area with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, pots and pans, dishware, silverware etc and features a kitchen nook with seating for 4.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" TV and ensuite bathroom which features stand-in shower, garden tub and double-sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each and a TV. Total of 5 TV's in home.

The garage has even been converted into a games room with table-tennis, air hockey table, foosball table, games table, and dartboard. The private pool and spa area is fully screened to keep out the bugs and features a shaded lanai area for outside dining. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer, towels & linens, iron & ironing board, hairdryer etc for your convenience. Book now - you won't be disappointed! Accommodates up to 8 people.


The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, Sea World and the now open EPIC UNIVERSE are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

Loved it but

Loved the stay. Had a great time. When we first arrived the dinner plates were wet and dirty, so that was disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

The hot tub wasn't working properly, but I called and the maintenance man showed me a work around. The home is in need of a little TLC, but overall it suited our needs just fine.

Communication was good

There were a few hiccoughs, but I liked that the house was clean and that communication between the property manager was super easy. She was so responsive and willing to help fix any problem, so that was the best part. I had to ask to have the hot water turned up so that we weren’t having mildly warm showers, and she was really quick to help. The house is a bit dated, and a few maintainable issues, but overall really good and a good size with a nice kitchen. Location wasn’t great for the cost of the property. Lower rating was mostly because there is an infestation issue with ants (also several lizards we had to catch and take outside). They offered to come spray for them while we were there, but with all the signs in the house about food only in the kitchen you can tell it’s an ongoing unresolved issue…and it’s not because of food. They were all coming from the bathroom pipes. Hundreds of them. Also, the games room doesn’t really have any working pieces to play with, so that renders it a bit useless. We ended up checking out early, and I wished they had offered some sort of refund for the last 4 days. She did refund some of the pool heating costs, but that wasn’t much.

The place was clean but dated. The towels Need replaced. The pool was clean and maintained. Some of the screens need replaced in the enclosure. All in all it had what we needed for a weeks stay.
