Endless Summer is a waterfront home with heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, game room, kayaks, boathouse, dock, BBQ grills, and fire pit. Vibes are at 100% with authentic surfboards, LED lighting, and vibrant bold colors, the Endless Summer isn't just a place to stay, it’s an experience.

Unlike many vacation rentals that charge an additional daily pool-heating fee, The Endless Summer includes complimentary pool heat with your stay. The pool heater is set to a comfortable 82°F at no additional charge.

Boating enthusiasts will love the 100 feet of canal frontage leading directly to Clear Lake, complete with a private boathouse and 10,000 lb lift designed for wakeboard boats. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat and enjoy access to the private Clear Lake boat ramp and boathouse. Clear Lake is a renowned destination for wakesurfing and wakeboarding, and you may even catch professional riders practicing on the water during your stay.

Inside, the home features bold colors, premium furnishings, and authentic surf décor inspired by beaches around the world. Every room has its own personality while maintaining the home’s signature Endless Summer vibe. Entire property, parking for 5 cars in the driveway, boat lift, private boat ramp, pool, and hot tub.

Other things to note
100% Smoke Free Property, No Smoking allowed inside or outside. Outside vaping is ok.

If bringing a boat, advance notice is required for access to private boat ramp and instructions on how to use the boat lift.

The pool heater is set to a comfortable 82°F at no additional charge.

EXTRA HEATED POOL UPGRADE: Upgrade the pool heat to 86°F for $50/day. The upgrade price is based on the total number of nights in your reservation at $50 per night.

HOT TUB: Complimentary hot tub heat to 102°F is included. When turned on, the hot tub heats to 102°F; when off, the hot tub water returns to approximately the same temperature as the pool.

COLD WEATHER NOTICE: During periods of extreme winter weather, outdoor temperatures may prevent the pool from reaching the selected temperature regardless of the heater setting. During these conditions, the pool will typically remain approximately 20°F warmer than the outside temperature. In the rare event that temperatures fall below 36°F, the pool system enters freeze-protection mode and the heater is temporarily disabled until temperatures rise above 36°F.
