Have an amazing vacation time in this stunning house on your next trip to Orlando!
It has 11 nicely decorated bedrooms (two themed, that the children will love) plus 10 bathrooms with plenty of space to comfortably fit a large family or group of friends.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators and all the appliances you need to make some delicious dinners for the whole family.
There is a great game room to have a lot of fun, which includes a pool table, XBOX, and more!!
If you want to chill out In the evening, watch your favorite movie on a big screen, sit in comfortable reclining cinema chairs, you can do it in your own and private Movie Theater! We are sure that everyone will like this area of the house!
And to have some sunny moments, we invite you to enjoy the large patio where the grill is and an awesome and private swimming pool with Spa!

AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Just Horrible

I want to give a negative stars for “cleanliness of property” once walking into the home, the floor was DIRTY! Hadn’t been swept or mopped and the house was so HOT. The AC was at 80! (Took forever to cool). The walls are all marked up, living room throw pillows had stains on them, carpets in room are (I know it’s a rental house) but they felt like they haven’t been cleaned. The sheets…bring your own (unless you’re willing to wash those stained sheets). One of the toilets seat was broken, the media room had the wires hanging from the ceiling, the first two seats in the media room didn’t work. The speaker screen was torn. Pretty much all the blinds were broken so you can’t open the curtains. The downstairs blinds were hard to move so you can’t close the blinds. Four dinning room chairs were broken so we couldn’t all sit at the table. Table lights didn’t work. Oven doesn’t work, so don’t buy anything that needs to be cooked in there. The pool when we got there was dirty. When I messaged them, they said pool was only cleaned on Wednesdays (we checked in Saturday) the water from fridge—don’t drink it. The water is has a weird smell. Oh and when we walked into the house after spending the day at Magic Kingdom…we walked into again and 80 degrees house. I guess they can control it. The downstairs washer didn’t work so we had to wash upstairs then dry downstairs. For the amount of money we paid, they should fix all these before renting it again. Very unhappy!!

Nice stay

I booked this home for a family vacation. The stay was really nice and everyone enjoyed themselves. This is a beautiful home with some minor things for upkeeping. I will say that staff response quickly to your request. We couldn’t get the movie projector to play a movie in the theater but the kids were so excited about the pool and game room that they didn’t complain. I would recommend having instruction available would be nice. We called about the ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedroom and patio and maintenance came and fixed those things quickly. I reported things noticed that were broken on my arrival but all in all, I look forward to booking this location again.

The Wi-Fi went out, and they could not bring it back up! This was terrible, and we should have received a refund, for the inconvenience to our family! The gentlement that came to service the Wi-fi did not speak English. Therefore we could nit communicate with him. There was food left underneath the movie chairs. Dust super thick on top of the refrigerators, and a lot of things that should have been replaced or repaired. We were told the house gets a thorough cleaning about every six months!! Not good! Beautiful home, just needs some TLC! Really someone should have adjusted our bill. The power went out on Saturday night also.

Needs work

When we walked into the property it was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Then we got settled and saw all that was wrong. Firstly, the information about the property is incorrect. It’s a 10 bathroom 3 half baths. There is also only 1 room upstairs with double full beds, which presented an issue with our sleeping arrangements. Only one refrigerator worked, the patio television was broken, the AC in the game room was broken, the upstairs wine fridge was broken, and my shower door would not stay closed. The pool was disgusting. There was mold growing all along the pool wall, the water was cloudy, and there wasn’t a hint of chlorine smell in it. The cleaning of the house was subpar. I messaged all of this same information to ACO and all they addressed was the cleaning issues. Nothing addressing all of the broken items I named. It’s sad because the property is beautiful, but it’s continuously being rented out with no upkeep.

Our stay was awesome!! I would suggest that they figure out which remote goes to what TV and put a label on them. They accommodated us with towels but no wash cloths. Overall all our stay was the best........five stars!!

Beautiful and spacious

Good Afternoon ACO Team, There were a few minor issues, like every remote in the rooms had to be programed or didn't work on the TV. The floors and carpet could have been cleaned better; there was a very large stain on the carpet and hair in the tub in the suite near the pool. Internet was down for an hour. The sockets in the kitchen was not working, I reset the breaker,and that made them work. The games downstairs didn't work (the basketball game). Also, we were freezing not knowing that we could adjust the temperature; silly me....Some homes that I've rented have their control set. So we requested blankets, but they are not provided. No wash cloths and only 2 large towels and 2 hand towels per room. The communication was via text and the response time was great! I would give this a 5 star, solving the issue? Well, issues were not solved. Pool needed cleaning, that issue was solved quickly. Nevertheless, with all the inconvenience, we enjoyed the home.I would like to request a booking for next year, about 3 houses 🏘. Thank you and see you guys next year. Terrible management, avoid ACO vacation rentals!

I booked a 8 day stay, with 12 adults, 7 kids, 3 babies. The main three things that gives this house a 1 star review were the dirty linens, poor maintenance of the pool, and the ACO vacation homes management. CLEANLINESS: Upon check in, we looked at all linens- several sheets and bedding were either filthy or missing. Kids rooms sheets had throw up and urine/blood stains. Duvet cover was missing on top bunk, and entire blankets/comforters on 3 separate beds we missing (those beds only had sheets). The spare pillows in closets were missing pillow cases. Carpets in two rooms are very stained. We found one cockroach in kitchen. If you do not want to spend your first night washing sheets while staying up until 11pm then book elsewhere. I messaged AND called ACO management right away- they said “sorry for the inconvenience”. When we checked out they actually charged me $25 for a supposed stain on a blanket. Ridiculous. POOL ISSUES: We had to pre-pay to heat the pool ($25 per day plus taxes). When the pool person initially came out they heated the pool to 104 degrees! Our kids could not swim the 1st day because it was scolding hot. They came out to adjust the heat that day around 4pm, but it did not work properly after that the rest of our trip, leaving the jacuzzi unheated. ACO sent a person to check the pool pump twice after that, but they didn’t fix anything. Just comforted the pump that heats the jacuzzi got broken from when THEY heated a entire pool to 104. Then we complained more, they finally sent a 3rd person who just confirmed it’s broken yet again (but can’t fix it). Again we got a message “sorry for the inconvenience” from ACO. We were also questioning the cleanliness of the pool- so the last pool guy tested it and said the pool has zero percent chlorine. It’s very disturbing to know the pool has not been maintained. The pool was our number 1 reason we rented the house! Also the grill didn’t work. MANAGEMENT: Needless to say this has been the worst part of the house. The listing is also NOT accurate. This house has 7 king size beds- not 8. I asked prior to the trip if the house had pack and plays, they said NO. When we arrived the house has 1 pack and play and 2 cribs! We paid $180 to fly 3 pack and plays for no reason. FINAL THOUGHTS: the community/location to DW is great, the management the worst. I emailed detailed pics within first 24 hours for no reason! They did nothing. Book a different house not run by ACO Vacation rentals!

Worst Vacation Home

Property was not cleaned properly, the house has roaches in the kitchen for the first two nights we were unable to use the cook top because it wouldn’t work also had to call for maintenance because six or eight of the tv’s was missing the cable boxes. Try to use the grill and that caught fire from poor maintenance.

Nice house but experience could have been way better. No wifi in the house despite numerous efforts in contacting owner, roaches in the bathroom, sheets were dirty. The movie room didn't work however they did send someone out to fix it. Overall nice house but they didn't go out of their way to help much while we were there. Very disappointed being the amount of money the house was worth
