This house offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay with your family!
Enjoy this furnished vacation home located at the amazing Encantada Resort which is a short drive away from the theme parks! Best of both worlds, Excellent location with a great affordable price.
It features a Queen-size bed in the Master Suite, another Queen bed in the second bedroom plus two twin beds in the third. There are also 2 full bathroom for your convenience.
The property has an open plan design allowing your family to enjoy cooking, dining and entertainment all together in a warm atmosphere!
The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets you need to make a first-class meal.
You can also have hours of fun using the fantastic facilities of the resort, which has a game room, a large swimming pool, fitness center and much more!
In the afternoon and, after walking all day around the theme parks, we invite you to slow down and have some snacks and drinks in the privacy of your own patio!

AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

Privacy factor

Everything was fine except I did not like the camera outside by the pool. I had little children with me and I have no clue who watches those videos. That’s a big No for me. My Daughter is 9yrs old and when she went swimming, all I could think of was “if a perverted man may be watching this footage.

Extremely dated, worn and uncomfortable

Master bedroom wood furniture is very dated and worn. Bedside tables are functional, but bureau is NOT functional. Due to broken drawer glides, 3 of the bureau drawers cannot be fully pulled out or used - they drop down. Another drawer cannot be pulled out. Window blinds have broken slat. The bedroom TV remotes do not work and were missing batteries. Light blankets were NOT provided in the bedrooms, so the choice was being too cold with only a sheet, or being too hot with the heavy quilted bedspread. Refrigerator features ice and water dispenser on door. Neither work. The ice maker does not work at all and no ice trays were provided to manually make ice. Extremely disappointing. The Maintenance company had to make numerous repairs and replacements just to make this unit usable, but not everything can be or was fixed. The upholstered Living Room furniture was extremely uncomfortable (sofa, love seat, chair) - to the point we had to bring in patio chairs to sit on to watch TV. The maintenance company replaced some but not all of the missing and broken slats of the vertical blinds on the slider doors. The blind control cords and mechanism are missing. Blinds are not fully usable. Maintenance company changed clothes dryer vent to improve the heating, but dryer still does not heat or dry clothes in a reasonable time. The online listing disclosed that face cloths were not provided, and we were prepared for that, but no kitchen towels were provided. TERRIBLE UNIT

It was hole in the wall the tub was stop up but did fix it the sheets was nasty but they did bring more the furniture is run down the walls was pilling and the carpet wasn’t so clean and woke up to check on my girls and it was to lizards in the bed with them it was crazy I want stay here again

BEWARE: If cleanliness isn't an issue this place is for you. The air-conditioning doesn't work well. The unit was hot. The pool filter doesn't work. Had to use the hand skimmer and that broke from dry rot. Let the management company know and they responded back quickly saying they will send 1 over. They never sent one over. There was a bandaid and lots of tall weeds growing on the pool deck plus ant hills. The view from the pool deck was lovely. A nice pond with fountain and walkway around the lake. There is no wash cloth for bathing and no kitchen towels or wash rags. They give you an un opened sponge. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook meals for a large group. Just bring paper towels and toilet paper, Wash cloths and pool towels and kitchen towels. The decor of the unit was nice just dirty and run down.

Not clean

I loved the resort, neighborhood, pricing etc, But whoever cleans this property needs to do a better job. Sinks dirty with hair, pillows and blankets dirty, bathtub lined with filth. Normal wear and tear on carpets. Noticed some mold spots, holes in walls and rain comes through the window in the living room. The house is not very well maintained at all. Unfortunately, The pictures were deceiving.

Worst experience

Got to the property to find out the ad stated there was a king bed and a queen, which there was only 2 full size beds. Fan I’m living room was broke, AC Unit was broke the entire time. They never gave me the correct gate code called 4 times. Master bath shower door broke and never got fixed. Stains in all the carpets walls were nasty. Pool area covered in weeds was not a good experience never got any help from the rental company so not recommended
