Be one of the first to enjoy this newly renovated villa in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort located within minutes from Disney and other main attractions in the Central Florida area. We encourage you not to be nervous by the lack of reviews, we are just getting started but will soon be making memories for families from all around the world!

We have personally furnished our vacation home with all of your traveling needs in mind. From decking out the family room with an arcade and a foosball table to making sure there’s room for everyone at the table to dine and play board games - our property is ready for you to make tons of family memories!

Even with all the opportunity for fun and games in our home, your stay will also have equal parts relaxation. With a large comfortable couch in the family room and plenty of space in the bedrooms, you’ll have no problem finding a good place to rest.

With all the great features on the inside of the home, there’s even more fun to be had outside on the pool deck! Complete with colorful lights and a large pool deck, this is the perfect place to lounge in the Florida sun on days you don’t feel like leaving home!

Kitchen
We have a large, open plan kitchen complete with the right appliances to meet all your cooking needs. Amenities include a full size oven, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. There’s also a beautiful new grill ready for cookouts on the pool deck outside! All that’s needed is the food and drink!!

General
The accommodation offers 4 king en-suites and 4 twin beds. All the rooms are appointed with high quality furnishings. We have recently re-themed the two kids bedrooms and bathroom to showcase some of our favorite Disney characters! If you’re going to the parks, this will definitely get your kids in the spirit.

For Families with Young Children
Woohoo! You’re bringing along the youngest of the bunch. Thinking about all those extra things you need to pack? Don’t stress! We have a pac and play, high chair, and stroller included for guest use. We are a vacation home for families of all ages!

North Facing Pool
Our large Swimming Pool and Spa are North facing and have the unique advantage over other villas that the entire pool and spa area will be bathed in sunlight all day long. It is surrounded by a large, extended, full width paved patio and a screened lanai with cooling ceiling fans should you prefer to sit in the shade. The pool deck is furnished with chairs, tables which allow you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun. If you find the pool/spa are a little cool for your liking, both can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow’s adventures!

Access Card(s)
Please note that the resort charges $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.


Getting Around
A genuine 5 minutes from Walt Disney World® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this "island" serves as a haven from the outside world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination, with millions of visitors a year, has to offer. You are so close to Disney that you can often hear Epcot's fantastic evening Firework displays from the 50ft long lanai whilst sipping your favorite cocktail! Universal Studios and Seaworld are just a short 20-minute journey.

Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; a planned sundry shop and snack bar as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings.
