Our property is conveniently located in the gated, tranquil resort community of Encantada, within 5 miles of Disney. Universal and Sea World are also nearby. You will love this tropical paradise and all it has to offer. Not only do you have your personal pool in your screened in lanai, but you also have access to the two community pools, hot tubs and other fantastic amenities...game room, playground, fitness center, internet cafe and onsite restaurant and bar! When you do leave the community, you will find an enormous variety of restaurants and shopping within 1-2 miles. There is world class outlet shopping in the area, many local golf courses, as well as Disney championship courses. After a long day at Disney or other exciting park, you will love coming home to relax here!


Our townhouse has been newly furnished with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. You will enjoy your spacious private patio and pool (with child safety fence) and your kids will too! Our townhouse is perfect for a family traveling with friends or extended family and sleeps 8 people comfortably. We have a pack and play, high chair and booster seat for those traveling with infants or toddlers. You will find all the comforts of home and all the essentials too to make your stay stress free. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to cook, all linens are provided, as well as your own washer and dryer. You will love the new flat panel tv's, Blu-ray DVD player, as well as free WIFI.

The rental was clean and very well stocked kitchen/bathrooms and included 3 booster/high chairs, umbrella stroller, 2 bed rails, many beach towels, a few toys and 1 or 2 pack-n plays even though we did not use them as we had no small children. Great location and the two main pools were clean with many lounge chairs. The rental unit's pool was cleaned regularly even though we did not use it (to cold in Feb and March without heating). Would definitely rent the same unit in the future.

What a great stay! This home had all the amenities need for our girls trip/soccer weekend stay. Great location to the highways, Disney parks and restaurants. Natalie was easy to communicate with, extremely responsive and so helpful!! Can’t say enough good things about our stay and experience!!

Natalie was amazing from the beginning. She answered questions quickly. We stayed with eight of us total and the house was just perfect. It is well maintained in a great location. It was easy to help take care of the house while we were there. I would stay here again if we were planning a trip to the Orlando area.

We had an amazing time at this lovely location. We started off with a bit of a snag with our place not being ready for us so we weren’t able to check in until 5 1/2 hours later, but the host made it up to us by offering us a bit of a refund. We loved the location — so close to the Disney parks! The grounds were perfect for walking our dog around each morning. Would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a cozy & comfortable place to say when visiting Florida with a pet.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Perfect home for a week in Orlando. The house had everything we needed to make meals which is a plus when traveling with a family. The house was very spacious for 4 adults, two children and our two dogs. My kids enjoyed the house pool on our rest days, and although we didn’t get to use the resort pool it looked great. The resort itself was nice and quiet. My pups definitely enjoyed their walks around the neighborhood and pond. It was a great stay!

A fun vacation rental!

A well stocked rental with all you need in the kitchen. Plus TP in all 3 bathrooms along with personal towels and plenty of pool towels! The pool was a hit with our grandchildren. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again! Also, ideally located to many restaurants, grocery and liquor stores!

We just got back from our week long stay at this property and it was wonderful! I highly recommend staying here if you have young kids. We had the most wonderful stay. The property was as advertised and fully equipped with anything you would need. Natalie was easily accessible when we did need to reach her. Excellent Place To Stay With Family

This property was excellent. It was very spacious and extremely well stocked. The owners pay attention to details....even things like nice toilet paper and paper towels. Plenty of towels, pool towels, bedding, blankets, cleaning supplies, etc. The patio and pool were amazing. Excellent area to hang out. They even had tall trees and plants for privacy. We loved that it had so many bedrooms and a bathroom for almost everyone. The bedding was nice, although the beds could have been a little less hard. The kitchen had everything you needed, so no complaints there. We loved that we could bring our dog with us! Its so rare to find a place that allows that! So we thank you! We did find a lot of long, black dog hair around the townhouse (probably from previous guest) but thats to be expected, so we were fine with it! Just a warning if you *dont* have dogs and may have allergies. Overall this was an excellent experience at an even better price. It was close to everything...so perfect! Thank you so much!

Great host & close to Disney!

We stayed for a month. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay here. Host was great and responded to our questions very quickly. Less than 20 minutes to any of the Disney parks. Surrounding area has lots of shops and food options. Loved that it was a gated community so we felt secure. Great private pool right in our patio. Nice Pool and clubhouse too.

Create location close to the Disney parks. We had plenty of room for three generations of our family. The house was very well equipped. Period. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very accommodating and great to deal with.

Amazing host and home! Anchor your Florida stay with this townhome!

The townhome was amazing, extremely clean, close to attractions and provided amenities that I needed for my family. Although we had options to stay anywhere else, the difference was in our host, Natalie. Her quick response to any and all questions we had was incredible. Not having stayed here before, Natalie provided us with the support and assurance that we made the best choice by her actions. We are definitely coming back in the future as we enjoyed our stay in this wonderful townhome and resort!
