Dubai Oasis- Private Pool , 24/7 Support During Your Stay

You will love this brand new 5 bedroom house called Dubai Oasis. It is the perfect place to call home while you are on your perfect Disney area vacation. When you enter the house, you immediately feel at home. The house has current furnishings and modern decor.

On the first floor you will find the kitchen, which has a large open kitchen and an island bar. There is also a beautiful living room and dining room on the first floor. You have pool access through the sliding glass door where you are led outside to the pool outdoor dining area and private pool!There is also a bedroom on the first floor with an ensuite. This room is outfitted with one Queen bed.

As you go up the stairs, you will hit the second floor that has the rest of the bedrooms. Bedroom two has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite. Bedroom three has a king-sized bed with an ensuite as well. The house has a washing machine and a dryer that is stored upstairs in a utility closet space. Bedroom four has a Mickey-themed bedroom with two twin beds. Bedroom five has Toy Story themed room with a Bunk bed and share a bathroom.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Good Place To Stay

The unit was nice and is as described in the listing. It was clean and fit our family of 6 quite nicely. The pool area was nice but is very close to all of the neighbors pool area. Regardless, we still felt privacy while using this area. Due to the closeness of the units, the unit could be loud based on the neighbors you have during your stay. This was not bothersome to us as we are night owls as well. However, this should be something you consider based on your groups needs when booking this location.

Great Stay!

We loved the property! We stay regularly in the area during our cheer trips and this was first time staying in this neighborhood. The house was clean, comfortable and provided starter essentials. We would definitely stay again.

Family Holidays

Standard Orlando box house. Very spacious with no personal or any personal touch. The basics of hand soap, napkins, additional toilet paper and laundry detergent, salt & pepper etc. No christmas deco or ambiance. Would not go back to a house like that!

Incorrect listing

The check in process was fine, kids loved playing in the pool. Outdoor furniture was missing a few chairs, along with the chairs were broken. Had one pan for cooking that was in rough condition. A total of four spoons and maybe 5 folks, the kitchen was not stocked at all, very disappointing, for only 4 years old, the overall condition is rough, we will not be staying at this property again. My family was not impressed with the space.

Great place!

We loved our stay here. My boys are 6 and 9 and absolutely loved the pool. The only downfall was there was minimum garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc. There are also only 4 pool towels and no pool toys. The garage game room has multiple things that need repaired. With all of that said, it was perfect for our family!

Good and not good

We stayed for 6 nights in January 2023. The house it self is not bad… but There are things regarding the house that must be improved. The poole table in the play room is very bad and both basketball baskets broken. Out side by the grill, the chers are in very bad condition and should be renevew immediately as well as the table. We have stayed in several houses in different neighborhoods in Kissimee and this one is ok, but not our favorite one.

Overall great value for the price. Kitchen , bathrooms and linens were clean. Not a bad drive to Disney properties. It was nice having a heated pool and space to spread out. Negatives: The house could use paint touch ups in almost every room. Only 4 towels for the pool and 1 bath, hand and wash cloth per person. I did find myself washing towels.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. More kitchen items would be better and more towels for the pool. Pool table and tennis table were not the best, pool table itens need updating. Beds are comfortable and the pool is a great size!

Great vacation home

Everything was splendid! Contactless check in was an A+, so much fun and pleasure at the home...pool and gaming area! Excellent neighborhood and very convenient location to many places in the area. Comfortable beds, clean house, nice furnishings, etc. There really isn't enough words to describe how spectacular the home was!

Mid April getaway

Spacious house - plenty of bedroom options on both first and second floor. Range of softer to firmer mattresses in all sizes. Individual bathrooms for almost every bedroom. Laundry on second floor. Tasteful decorations throughout property gave a homey feel. Good supply of kitchen essentials for plates, pots, utensils, gadgets, etc. Will need to provide your own extra garbage bags and other consumables once the one provided is used (garbage bag, dishwasher packet, etc). Daily trash service in the community was easy to use - just put the bins in the outdoor container - no need to haul a can to the curb on a certain day. TVs in all rooms and access to streaming services for those stay-at-home times. Nice games in the game room. Pool was warm, limited seating outside the safety fencing. Enjoyed the use of the facilities at the resort. FYI, they will inflate tubes at the clubhouse if you bring/purchase to use in the lazy river. Neighborhood was mostly quiet during our stay. Not too far from shopping/restaurants, once we learned the local area. Easy check in/check out.

Staycation for us!

Perfect rental for our family of 5 consisting of 3 teenagers (high school and college). Something for all to enjoy!!! Nice getaway from the cold winter up north. Was nice to enjoy the pool and walkable neighborhood. Tips for travelers: bring coffee filters, a few kitchen garbage bags, own basketball and pool floats (inflate at clubhouse)

Disneyworld with grandkids

We had the pleasure of staying at Dubai Oasis, which was a 5 bedroom home with a pool. The home was exactly what we needed. It was a 4/5 on cleanliness, and all other ratings would be a 5/5. When I had questions they were answered quickly and professionally. Arrival/check-in was a breeze as was checkout. The pool guys were very nice and also very professional. I would highly recommend this home as a vacation spot.
