The Space:

Eight themed bedrooms, a private pool, arcade loft, and game room - this is the kind of vacation home that turns a family trip into something the kids talk about for years.

 

Living space

The open-plan living area sets the tone from the moment you walk in - bright, spacious & designed for a group to actually spread out and enjoy each other's company. The living room flows naturally into the dining area, giving everyone a comfortable place to gather between adventures. Room-darkening shades, air conditioning, and dedicated workspace mean the adults in the group are looked after too.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all included, so you can go straight from the supermarket to dinner without hunting for essentials.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps 16+ guests across 8 bedrooms and 11 beds, with 6 bathrooms across the property.

On the first floor, two king bedrooms offer privacy and convenience - one with a private en-suite, the other with a bathroom nearby.

Upstairs, three further king bedrooms continue the theme of comfort, one with its own en-suite and two sharing a full bathroom.

Then come the rooms the younger guests will claim immediately: a Harry Potter bedroom, a Mickey Mouse bedroom, and a Disney Princess bedroom - each with twin and full beds, and each designed to make bedtime something to look forward to. Extra pillows, blankets, bed linens, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout.

 

Entertainment & game room

The converted garage is a fully equipped game room with a pool table, hockey table, and foosball - ideal for a competitive evening in. Head upstairs to the Star Wars-themed arcade loft, where state-of-the-art gaming machines keep players of all ages occupied for hours. A game console and TV round out the entertainment options.

 

Outdoor & pool

Step outside to your private pool and hot tub, surrounded by furnished patio space for lounging or dining in the Florida warmth. The backyard offers additional open space, and a private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule.

 

Resort amenities

As a guest at Windsor at Westside Resort, you have access to a full suite of resort facilities a short walk away - a resort-style pool, lazy river, waterpark, splash pad, fitness center, arcade, market, basketball and tennis courts, and a tiki bar.

 

Location

Situated in Kissimmee, the home puts Walt Disney World and Disney Springs within roughly 8-10 miles. Universal Studios Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, ICON Park, Orlando Premium Outlets, and The Mall at Millenia are all within a 25-minute drive. Celebration Town Center is just 6 miles away. Orlando International Airport is approximately 26 miles and around 30 minutes by car.

 

Good to know

Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Initial supplies are provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to restock. A crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and children's dinnerware are available for families with young children. Washer and dryer on site. Free parking on the premises and on the street. Long-term stays are welcome.
