This home is less than nine miles from Disney World and less than 13 from Disney Springs. You're also 15 miles from SeaWorld and less than 19 miles from Universal Studios if you're seeking something different. After you're done hitting up the parks, you're less than 20 miles from Orlando Premium Outlets and more local attractions!

All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Currently, construction is going on around this home. There is no estimated completion date as of October 2020.
Pool heat is available for a minimum of 3 nights between October and May for an additional fee of $32/day plus tax and booking fees.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location but it’s gross

The property is in a great neighborhood overlooking a golf course. The location is why I chose this property. However, this house has serious issues. Several of my guests found live roaches in the bathrooms (sinks, shower drains) and in the kitchen. Also, there was a barstool one guest was sitting in and it collapsed with him in it. Upon inspecting the chair, we found it was already severed and was pieced back together. We had no warning of this. The boards under the cabinets in the kitchen fell off and were lying exposed and were filthy. The TV screen kept going black so that just added to it. The size and location of the house were great but I would not recommend this property.

very poor experience dealing with both the "800" number and local vrbo customer service people. Wasted way too much of my valuable vacation time with numerous phone calls and texts to them.

Enjoyed our stay

This is a nice home in a great neighborhood with a nice view. Reunion Resort is a nice place. The house is convenient to everything you need for your stay. The WiFi coverage in the house is not good. I believe this is due to the location of the router. A simple, $50 signal booster / range extender added to a downstairs outlet should correct this annoying problem and would change my rating to 5 stars.

Wouldn't recommend.

First thing was the cleanliness it wasn't very clean, the one bathroom downstairs beside laundry room had some dried up blood smeared on the wall looks like someone might of killed a bug and didnt bother to wipe it down afterwards. Found beer bottle caps in random places thru out the house and outside by the pool, along with some used glow sticks laying out there, smelled like straight gas when we sat outside so we checked everything and it appeared to be coming from inside out to the grill so we turned the gas off out there. All The beds were very uncomfortable, furniture is all stained up, I did love the kitchen except it would of been helpful to have pot holders and oven mitt besides that kitchen was great. Game room wasnt nothing to brag about very outdated and no updated games. We got a suprise Monday and couldnt use the pool for a hour the pool guys showed up as we just got in maybe 15 minutes prior and had to get out so they could clean and add chemicals. It would of been nice to know they were coming and the pool would be unusable for a hour, we could of changed our plans and not been there. It really wouldnt be a bad place to stay if it was had some updates done, some fresh paint and cleaned top to bottom. I wouldnt recommend this place unless some changes were made.

The stay was great. Some minor improvements are needed (e.g. instructions for electronics like the projector, stained carpets, dishwasher not working properly) but overall I loved the home.

Nice location but tired house

Built in 2007 and looks like 2007 needs updating and fixing. Dirty carpets, outlets coming out of wall, half the lights burned out or too dim, pool light not working. Couch looks like a sectional but nothing connects

Reunion Stay

Although the property had some initial stocking issues, the local property manager quickly resolved the issues. An issue with the A/C was quickly resolved, even on a Sunday. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Terrible property manager

This was the most poorly stocked vacation rental that I’ve ever used. Hone says it sleeps 8 and there were 3 worn out bath towels, 2 full size drinking glasses, no dish towels, no trash bags, 5 clothes hangers etc. We requested these basics at check in and got nothing but lip service with no action. Take my advise keep scrolling and anything with Vacasa attached to it, pass!

Very relaxing

We had a very good time here. It was myself, my husband, and our 2 kids older kids (and our 2 dogs). The beds were firm but comfortable, the bathrooms were really nice, the rooms were spacious, the pool was relaxing, the views were nice, the neighborhood was nice, and the location was good (not too far from everything but not right in the middle of it either). We would stay here again.

Should have been better stay

We've stayed at other properties in Reunion but this stay was by far the worse experience. It should have been a better stay. Property advertised with a private spa - except there is no heat for the spa May 1 through October. I even tried contacting the property management (Vacasa) prior to check in and was given the run around, told me I had to pay for it (which I did), told me it would be ready to go upon check-in, only to be told after check in that here is no heat for the spa. At check in: The kitchen sink was clogged, it smelled, and the garbage disposal was not working. I called property manager (Vacasa) to have them come out and address it two days in a row, which no one ever came out to address the issue. So we had to use another sink to wash dishes for our entire stay. Then when we used the dishwasher, it exploded clogged food and grease out of the kitchen sink everywhere...and the kitchen sink was still clogged - just disgusting. Not to sound like a Karen, but a lot of smaller issues: pots and pans with broken handles, the showers we used you could only set for scalding hot or cold (just need to replace the mixing valve cartridge, pretty simple), broken toilet paper holder, refrigerator filter needed to be replaced (water trickled out) all the games in the game room had issues - broken paddles, broken leg on the foosball table, broken air hockey table. The projector worked but you couldn't plug anything in to the input, so you couldn't watch anything on it. Honestly if the property manager put in a just little more effort into maintenance and did a better job of setting the expectation with the private Spa (even after I called their customer service number prior to check in) this would have been a much better experience - but we will not be returning to another property managed by Vacasa.

Wonderful house

This house was very clean and spacious. It was actually bigger than anticipated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to the Disney Parks. We would definitely stay here again!

maison mal équipée

seulement 3 transats abimés pour une maison de 4 chambres. nous n'avons jamais trouvé le boitier pour activer le jacuzzi. les placards de la cuisine sont quasiment vides. la cheminée ne fonctionne pas. une seule ampoule faible intensité sur la terrasse, on ne voit rien. des sacs poubelle entreposés dans la salle de jeux quand nous sommes arrivés. la grande terrasse de l'étage qui a une vue superbe sur le golf n'a aucun aménagement, le vide complet. si vous prenez une douche plus de 5 mn, l'eau devient froide. nous n'avons pas vraiment apprécié cette maison qui a pourtant beaucoup de potentiel a un prix très attractif.

Poor communication with management

Overall, great place. We would stay there again. We messaged the property manager two or three times about the hot tub/pool. The hot tub was cold and pool skimmer was broken. We never heard back. There were so many bugs in the pool we couldn’t clean out - so swimming wasn’t a option. We are from Michigan, so we wanted a hot tub for the cooler nights. It didn’t work the whole time we were there. The parent company, Vacasa, said they would reach out to local management, and we never heard anything regarding our problems or how they would remedy the situation. We also left a pack and play for future guests. Hopefully they keep it. We needed one so we bought one. We knew there wasn’t one there, just hope they keep it for others!!!

Great home, horribly listed

I rented a house described a luxury home with private pool/spa overlooking golf course. Heated pool and spa listed. They don't heat the pool OR hot tub unless paid for. Fine, terrible policy but fine. Didn't find out about this until we checked in and the water was cold. Called immediately, very nice support said pay $110 and someone can come out right away but it takes time to heat. Fine, paid $110 but no one came until our second until after 5pm. The pool lights were also locked off until that time. The pool and hot tub never heated and I spent an extra $110 for nothing. We are locals and wanted to get away for a weekend to relax at the pool and hot tub and that wasn't possible. The house was nice and spacious. One downstairs bathroom was filled with ants. They have a movie theater projector setup but installed a ceiling fan directly in front of the projector and it blocks the projection. Not at all the weekend I had planned.

2021 graduation trip

The property was great. The renters before us must have had a big dog that liked to do their business in the shrubs near the pool. I could smell it first thing when I got into the pool. Of course I cleaned it up or most of it. Not vascasa fault. If you’re bringing a dog please clean up after it. House was nice and clean. Would be nice if had more glassware. Pool company took the skimmer net when they came midweek to clean pool. Just borrowed the neighbors for the day. It all worked out. Stereo system works great if hooked up to your iPhone. We ran out of dishwasher pods and Palmolive so we had to call vascasa and found out we were responsible for buying more. Which was okay just would have been nice to know. Overall a great place to stay.

Mini vacation with family

My daughter visits me every year. This year I wanted to make it special. Checking in was easy. However, during my walk through, I did find a lot of issues. Wall decor was damaged, vertical blinds were damaged, stains on the ceilings (large water spots), pool was not cleaned, counter tops had dry food spots. The house was very pretty but definitely needs furniture upgrades. If this were improved, I would definitely stay there again. The ease of VRBO, I would use them again.

Spacious house

House is nicer than pictures and very big and spacious. Cleanliness was not up to par - lots of pet hairs all over the house including couch and outdoor furniture. We really only used the house for sleeping and were there for 3 days so we let it go but it was not comfortable to be around.

I rented an rv not knowing it couldn’t be brought on property but it all worked out. Community was gorgeous! House over looked golf course. Extremely spacious. I was more then satisfied! Definitely renting again!

As expected

The comments prior to our arrival were pretty spot on. Pool and backyard were dirty and run down, the house was pretty clean when we got there though there was some trash in the front yard. The house was comfortable and the layout fine if you are staying for a short visit. I would not rent this long term, supplies in kitchen were scarce, lighting was not the best sofa downstairs was not comfortable and projector upstairs didn’t work. I didn’t contact property manager because we were only there for a few days. This was truly a rental property that provides the minimum.
