This unbeatable and peaceful location allows you to be within a short drive of everything Disney has to offer, including Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, and so much more. As you enter this splendid air-conditioned retreat, you will find a spacious layout with a welcoming living area with a smart TV with streaming and cable services, a full-sized dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. A laundry room with a washer/dryer off of the kitchen offers the final touch of convenience and comfort to make this feel like your home away from home. Large sliding doors lead to the covered patio and a screened pool area. The patio offers a great spot to dine alfresco and two comfy poolside loungers. The sparkling heated outdoor pool with an attached spill-over spa is the definition of relaxation. Spend your evenings cooling down or treating yourself to a soothing bath. The second floor features all four bedrooms. There are two primary suites, each with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has a Finding Nemo theme.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.
Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).
BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes. (The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in)
Pet-friendly! A $150 +tax non-refundable fee applies only if bringing pets.
