Look no further than this three-bedroom condo in the Reunion Resort, an award-winning community with seven swimming pools, a spa and wellness center, a rooftop bar and restaurant, a hot tub, and much more. Please note that guests only have access to the resort's main pool, which is called Seven Eagles.

Surround yourself in luxury at this condo, a spacious dwelling beautifully appointed with high-end furnishings, updated entertainment options, and elegant decor. Come home between exploring the resort grounds to catch an afternoon nap on the comfortable couch in the living area, or flip on the flatscreen and catch your favorite cable show. Just beyond the living area, the outdoor lanai is a perfect place to sip a glass of lemonade and catch a pastel-hued sunset over the resort's golf course.

Feeling hungry? You could always head over to the pool-side dining spot, the Cove Bar and Grill. But if you're in the mood for some good ol' home cooking, you'll find everything you need to whip up something delicious in the condo's well-equipped kitchen.

Afterward, why not get out and explore the resort grounds a bit more? There's certainly more to see, including nature and biking trails, a fitness center, a full-service spa, a steakhouse at the Reunion Grande, a tapas bar, a video game arcade, Ping-Pong and pool table areas, and a seasonal Tiki bar.

Ready for some fun day trips? Central Florida's renowned theme parks are practically in your backyard, so plan a day of family fun at Walt Disney World (six miles north), SeaWorld Orlando (14 miles northeast), or Universal Studios (18 miles northeast).

You could also visit Old Town Kissimmee (about eight and a half miles northeast) for great shopping, dining, and entertainment, or schedule a tee time at any of several championship golf courses in the area that are open to the public.

Please note that this unit does not include access to waterpark, golf or tennis, which require a separate membership which this owner does not have.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
