Recently renovated and professionally decorated, your princesses will adore the Cinderella and Belle themed room, Mickey fans of all ages will have room to play and stay in the main level bedroom, and the master suite is a palm-themed oasis of tranquility. Amazing week!

Came on this trip with my mom and brother. Everything was so perfect! My brother was so excited with everything Mickey! He loved his Mickey room!! We really enjoyed the private pool! Really hope we can return to your wonderful place. Thank you for making our stay special.

We loved being close to the parks and having a pool right in the backyard. Unfortunately the main pool and market were closed but we still had a really good stay. We would stay here again.

Summer Florida Trip

We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills before - this was a new property for us. The property was great and as pictured. Very well stocked with helpful amenities. The multiple strollers were in good shape and a money saver for us in the parks. My son loved having a PlayStation and the private pool was a great feature for when we didn’t have the energy to go to the water park after a day at Disney but wanted a few minutes to cool off. Having an alarm on the patio pool door made us feel very secure. We had to reach out a couple of times with questions and the management team was available and always helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and very cute condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. You can't beat the distance to Disney World parks! The room theming was very cute, plunge pool heated perfectly, condo very clean, kitchen was stocked well and the resort was beautiful! We will hopefully be back down for vacation in the future. Thanks again!

The property was great overall. The pool area was not super clean, had several ant holes. The security to get into the neighborhood had long lines every time we would come and go. Our guest’s info was not given to the security guards so they would not allow our family who drive 2 hours to come into the neighborhood. We were told only the owner could add guest to the list despite me showing them the list I had emailed to the owner. We emailed and called the owner but no reply. When I spoke to owner today about the issues she was not very empathetic about her own error. I also was inquiring about my $500 security deposit, as it is day four after check out and I still have not received it back. Her response was it takes 4 days. Not impressed by the owner of this property.

Magical Stay!

I highly recommend staying here for a memorable trip to WDW or just to visit family and friends. We did both! This place really is a trifecta-beautiful home, clean, and well-appointed. Excellent location-close to WDW and Walmart, restaurants, etc. Lastly, it has resort like amenities that makes you feel like you were on a vacation. This beautiful home was perfect for both my eight year old and eighty year old father. The communication was seamless and arrival/departure clearly explained. We can't wait to come back!

Great location and amenities!!

The property was amazing!! The house was a great size and very cute! My daughters loved their princess room and princess beds!! They loved the princess bathroom. The house had all the cute Mickey and Minnie touches. Big open kitchen and living room. Kids loved the Mickey waffles. I appreciate it being very pet friendly. We also loved the resort amenities at the clubhouse. Kids loved the pool, game room, etc. Would highly recommend this rental to any families traveling to the Orlando area and Disney!!!!

Perfect for a family trip!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was very clean and warm, the house was very clean and all furniture etc. was in great condition and clean. They have thought of everything and then some. Lots of towels to use, extra blankets, a stroller, baby gates, some toys, etc. It’s only a couple minutes from Walmart, and 10 mins from Target. About 15 mins to Disney so that was quick and easy. We will totally stay here again!

really fun disney themed, clean and comfy, close to Disney World!

our daughter loved the PS4, nice TV! good proximity to Disney! phenomenal princess bedroom! the decor was fun and Mickey themed, we all loved it, and the Mickey waffle iron was a great touch. We found the place to be clean and cozy, and the owner was responsive and accomodating to our need for fragrance free cleaning. We hope that someday all vacation places will be 100% fragrance free, until then it's great to have owners be helpful! definitely would stay here again!

Wet arrival but wonderful stay

The house is very nicely decorated with a. Disney theme. The pool our back is nice to have. Just ask for the heat to be turned on if you want to swim in the evenings as it may not be turned on in advance. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and a grocery store. Owner was very responsive to questions. Resort pool and clubhouse are also nice. Only big issue was we didn't get the check in email prior to our evening arrival and stood in the rain while we tried other door codes we were given for the resort. Thankfully she responded quickly but if you don't have the email reach out before your arrival.

Amazing and Spotless Mickey Home

This vacation home was simply amazing & spotless! It was exactly as the pictures show..Mickey & Minnie touches everywhere. Our granddaughters, ages 6 & 3 fell in love with their princess room & bathroom. There was also a very nice travel crib & highchair for our 9 month old. The small private pool was also very nice and the added bonus of the child alarms kept us at ease knowing the children were safe. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. A very nice oversized refrigerator that held plenty of ice. We took the advice from others and placed a grocery order days ahead of our arrival from the very convenient Walmart Supercenter and was able to pick up our groceries with no problems. This home really is convenient to everything. It is a short walk or drive to the amazing pool/water park that was a lot of fun for all of our group. When I needed to send Pam a message she responded very quickly. We highly recommend this property and can definitely see ourselves returning for another stay.

Proximal to Disney

Amazing Disney property for the entire family!

This Disney property is simply amazing! We walked in to the townhome and everything was so clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. The majority of the rooms have Disney decor, and they were a huge hit with the kids. There were supplies provided including some laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods. We were also happy to see an ice machine and water in the fridge for those hot Florida days! We had everything there that we needed for our trip. The only thing I would mention is that the sheets in the Master bedroom were pretty scratchy - I would maybe think of updating those for future visitors. The pool outside was a perfect size for our kids to play in after a long day at Disney. We loved the pool fence and door alarm for extra protection for our young kids. The community pool was huge, and we had a blast hanging out there. The water slides were a huge hit, and there was something there for everyone. The drive to Disney was so, so short. It took us 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom and about 10 minutes to get to Animal Kingdom. It was in the perfect location. There was also a Walmart, Target, and Publix right there, which made it easy to pick up food and other necessities. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again. It is the perfect place for a Disney trip, and we enjoyed every moment of it.

Spacious and fun themed townhome with private pool

The property was clean and spacious. The theming was well done. The decorations in the Mickey themed room and accompanying bathroom were especially good! One thing worth mentioning in future edits to the listing is the safety features of the private pool including security fence and child safety alarm. Another thing to mention is the heated pool. Some Windsor Hills properties charge additional fees for pool heat and this one did not! We appreciated those features. Great location within 4 minutes walking distance of the main community amenities like the pool and market. Very close to Disney parks as well. The Windsor Hills playground was another fun spot for our kiddos.
