It has 3 bedrooms as follows: One queen bedroom (master) with en-suite. Two bedrooms sharing a Disney theme bathroom. Bedroom 2 is Princess themed with 1 full & 1 twin bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen bed. The property just got upgraded by the owners. You will love the open floor plan. The kitchen is open to the living room. You have a dining table and a living room with a nice view. The Master, 2 other bedrooms, & living room have TV’s. Regal Palms is a premium vacation resort that offers so much: Gated subdivision, 24/7 front desk for check-in, 24/7 onsite security, Two-acre swimming complex featuring a lazy river and water slide, Jacuzzi, Clubhouse with gym, games room, business center and Internet Café, restaurant and sports bar. In addition the resort offers 24-hour check-in and security services. The Concierge Service can assist you with car rentals, dinner reservations, tickets to attractions and sightseeing tours, shopping information, and more. Regal Palms charges $20.00/day (+tax) per house for guests to have access to the above amenities. The Resort Fee is excluded from the rental rates quoted and paid at booking and is payable on arrival at the Resort. Guests won't be given access to the subdivision and to the house if they don't pay the daily resort fee upon arrival.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
