The Disney Getaway features fresh modern and comfortable accommodations with extraordinary amenities. Completely remodeled with fresh paint, new flooring, granite countertops, lighting, ceiling fans, fixtures and blinds plus new living, dining and master bedroom furniture and mattresses. The games room was also remodeled with a pool table, foosball, arcade multi-game, game table, for-fun slot machine, Roku TV and more. For non-park days, there is a covered lanai and a private heated* pool with attached spa and plenty of deck space for sun lounging. Your family will have fun for hours and make memories for a lifetime! Even the landscaping was refreshed. The result is a great space for couples, groups and families with a spacious open concept living space with room for up to 8 guests and fun for all ages. Luxury 4 BR / 3 Bath Villa with Private Pool and Spa in Guarded Gated Resort Close to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld

Welcome to the Disney Getaway Villa, located in the beautiful and luxurious Emerald Island Resort. This villa is “the one” for your magical vacation. Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can spread out in a villa with more for less? When you are finished with an exhausting day at the renowned Orlando area theme parks and attractions, you don’t want a bustling hotel… come home to a private villa with its own pool to unwind, discuss the day’s highlights and prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Location, location, location!

The Emerald Island Resort is located just minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes or so from the other Orlando area attractions (Universal Studios, SeaWorld, LEGOLAND, etc.). It’s among the closest private gated and guarded resorts to Disney World. The resort boasts an impressive winding palm-lined entry leading to the gated entrance with manned security for peace of mind, as well as resort-style amenities such as pools, a tiki bar, sports courts (tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard), playgrounds (tot lots), a fitness room, mini golf, sauna, nature trails and more.

Please note that the resort charges a one-time fee of $10 + 13.5% tax per vehicle that will be staying on the property.

There are easy access roads to get to Disney World quickly from the resort as well as numerous grocery, dining and shopping options along the 192. The recently built Margaritaville Resort is a stone’s throw away and has exciting restaurants and shopping venues as well as a large water park.

Perfect Accommodations!

The home is located near the center of the resort and has four bedrooms with 3 full baths (2 ensuite) and an open concept living space. Best of all, it has a lovely lanai for al fresco dining and a private heated swimming pool with attached spa and underwater lighting for evening swims - enclosed with screens to avoid the Florida bugs, and a child safety screen that can be removed (pool heat is an extra charge of $35 per night plus 13.5% tax and must be selected for the entire stay). The garage has been converted into a games room for fun on those non-park or rainy days.

The master bedroom is located at the rear of the house and features a king bed, walk-in closet, sliding glass door to the pool and an ensuite bathroom with its own door directly to the pool deck (a “must have” for quick bio breaks on pool days).

The second master is very separate from the other bedrooms and living space, located in the front of the villa, and features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The remaining two bedrooms are located in the hallway down from the master - one has a twin-over-full bunk bed and the other has two twin beds... both with Disney theming. These two bedrooms share the 3rd full bath (which is also accessible from the rest of the villa).

The living space is comprised of an open family room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook that overlooks the pool. The total sleeping capacity for the villa is 8. There is dining seating for 10, as well as 2 breakfast bar stools.

Premium Amenities!

There is a large screen TV (60”) in the family room with Roku and a DVD/Blu-Ray player with a huge library of DVDs. Each TV has cable channels, and most have Roku. The villa includes high-speed Wi-Fi internet at no additional cost. Other “extras” abound throughout the house, including a BBQ grill on the lanai available for your use as well as a highchair, stroller, pack 'n play, bed rail, some toys, games and stuffed animals, plus other family-friendly amenities.

Finally, the garage is a game room teeming with fun! It contains full-sized pool and foosball tables, a 50" Roku TV with a 2-player stand-up arcade console (5,000 games), a for-fun slot machine (tokens), a game table and a putting green. The laundry area is also located in the game room.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises, including a blink video doorbell. The doorbell motion detection is turned off after arrival but activates if the doorbell is pressed. The other cameras are located on each side of the house - to monitor the pool equipment and the trash bin, plus one aimed at the driveway, and they do record if there is motion. We respect your privacy and there are no cameras inside or pointed at the pool area, of course.
