About the Space:

Nestled in the Windsor Hills community of Kissimmee, our townhome offers a truly spacious and comfortable retreat. Whether you're here to explore Disney World, enjoy Orlando's attractions, indulge in delicious dining, or shop to your heart's content, this is the perfect base for your adventures.

The interior of our townhome is adorned with stylish tile flooring in the living areas, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. We provide all the essentials, including a washer and dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

One of the highlights of this property is the private splash pool, enclosed within a screen-enclosed patio. It's the perfect spot to cool off and relax after a day of adventures. If you wish to make your pool time even more enjoyable, you have the option to heat the small private pool for an additional fee of $25 per day. Let us know 3 days prior to arrival.

And for those who can't leave their furry family members behind, we're pet-friendly! You can bring one pet along for your stay, with a pet fee of $150 per stay.

Additionally, we've included a cleaning fee of $150 per stay to ensure the townhome is in perfect condition for all our guests. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

To make your check-in process hassle-free, we've installed a Smart Lock Touch Keypad system. Upon booking, you'll receive a unique six-digit entry code. Enter this code followed by the "Check-Mark" button to access the townhome.
