We have the perfect vacation home for You ! Fully equipped 3 Bedroom home with private, (screened- in) Heated pool overlooking a pond and conservation area. Just a 10 minute drive from the Disney entrance yet in a quiet gated community with children's playing area. Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. A total of 5 beds including a King Size bed in the master bedroom. Additional 2 folding cots and full size folding crib are included. 2 bathrooms including a private master bath. Close to local shopping , dining and attractions. Owner/Host is very attentive to guest needs. Heated pool request (extra charge) should be made during the initial time of the booking If possible. Our stay at the villa was great, such a peaceful area. The villa was exactly as described, there are more modern villas available to stay in but the location and cost was spot on! Communication from Jeff was really good, we didn’t need to contact him during our stay but I have no doubt he would have been contactable if we had needed it.

Best Choice for a house

This is the first verbo house that I have rented and it was a great experience. Jeff was great with communication and answering any questions I had after we got to the property. Having our own private pool was wonderful. The children could swim practically anytime. And we Spread our Disney days out so we wouldn't be tired, and they swam on the days we weren't at disney, which was a Godsend. I would definitely choose this property again if I'm down in the Orlando area.

My daughter and I came to Florida for a cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports; this house was absolutely perfect for us. We had plenty of room (my sons were supposed to come but couldn't last minute), the pool was great, the house was clean, and the location was amazing. Great Value! Convenient Location!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed this home for a week. We travel a fair bit and have stayed in a lot of rentals, but found this one to be excellent value and well equipped. We appreciated the extras other places we have stayed haven’t had, such as enough hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper for the week. The community was quiet and safe which was important to us. We spent a few days at the Disney parks and found the drive easy compared to other locations we have stayed at.We will return!

***GREAT RENTAL***

We were very very pleased with this property!!! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was only about a 10-15 minute drive into the Disney Parks. As with any rental, there was a fee to heat the pool, but it kept very warm our entire trip. We LOVED that there is a pond behind the house and not other neighbors. We saw many birds and TURTLES!!! The owner was very responsive, although we had zero issues. Easy check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again!! Thabk you :) Ww
